I'm really getting sick these appeal to the past type of posts. Rose colored shades are essentially super glued on these peoples eyes man. Like does no one remember all the complaints that everyone and their mama had for this game? This dont make no sense to me lol

Didn't say t7 was a bad game at all it just has flaws, It's probably better to play it than t8 rn Also, even if you can tech roll it, ya can't ignore the fact that it's marduk were talking about A character that gives t8 S1 yoshi oki a run for its money

yeah but tekken 8 is literally that marduk round but EVERY GAME, launch to the wall 50/50 guess right you survive but no reward guess wrong and you die. at least this way somewhat rare and needed a counter hit

Ur right because most of t7 was about who's safe mid homing Ch launcher lands first I'm being a bit hyperbolic but t7 although a good game in its own right, still has flaws and isn't free of sin. Neither is t8 mind you, I kinda prefer how t7 is over what 8 is rn 😭

Game is still miles better than T8. Yes Marduk, geese, and Akuma had broken damage. But barely anybody used them except pro players and 99% of the player base aren’t pros lol. The rest of the game was 500x better than t8 although the balance got worse in S3 and S4 imo.

I can agree that there were things 7 was better at handling than 8 T7 although a good game was still a mess, its just weird to me seeing people being so nostalgic for it when not too long ago they were complaining about 7 abunch saying it's not a real tekken game just like 8
