I just voted NO on the Rule for the GENIUS Act because it does not include a ban on Central Bank Digital Currency and because Speaker Johnson did not allow us to submit amendments to the GENIUS Act. Americans do not want a government-controlled Central Bank Digital Currency. Republicans have a duty to ban CBDC. President Trump included a ban on CBDC in his January 23rd executive order and Congress must also include the ban on CBDC in the GENIUS Act.

July 23, 2025: The FY26 Interior-Environment Appropriations Bill passed with no public vote, Appropriations Committee with section #453 included, that gives full legal immunity to pesticide & herbicide manufacturers. Section #453 prevents lawsuits against herbicide & pesticide manufacturers if their product label has been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), regardless of whether new scientific evidence later reveals risks, or whether the original approval relied on incomplete, misleading, or manipulated data. In practical terms, it blocks farmers, consumers & states from suing companies for harm caused by these products, including cases where independent research finds links to cancer, Parkinson’s disease, infertility & death. It also overrides state-level warning requirements, such as California’s Proposition 65 cancer labels, by prohibiting any language that differs from the EPA’s most recent assessment. PARAQUAT IS 28X MORE TOXIC THAN GLYPHOSATE: It only takes 1 teaspoon to kill a human & there is no antidote. 1⃣ Multi-Organ Failure: After ingestion, inhalation or exposure...organs begin to shut down on day 1 & can cause a sufferer to linger for as long as 30 days until imminent death.
