Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said the state has exact census data and will place it before the Supreme Court of India when the issue of 4% reservation for the Muslim community comes up for hearing. He said submission of the data would make the quota permanent.

He said Phase-1 cost rose from ₹15,000 cr to ₹22,000 cr and accused the Telangana With KCR govt of failing to expand Metro to key areas. L&T projected ₹400 cr annual losses and was reluctant to proceed.
