Even a short minute or two makes me remember just how much I loved this show. Giving permission to be idealistic was/is Sorkin’s greatest gift - - and he has many. ❤️📺 💙🌊🌊💙

This has to be in the top 5 moments of the whole show for me

It suddenly got very dusty in here

“What… a thing to say!” is such a phenomenal line. It’s saying I surely can’t take all the credit but I’m awfully touched that you feel that way.

This scene always gets me. It reminds me of a time a couple years ago when I was able to introduce my son to my mentor Katja. She gave me my first internship in DC 29 years ago. I had the chance to tell her, in front of my son, how she changed my life by taking a chance on me.

I had the late, great Professor Florence Howse Ridley is my Chaucer Professor at UCLA and she had us learn Middle English and read Chaucer in its original language. She was one of the finest professors I’d ever learned from. Rest in Peace, Flo!

This show and The West Wing Weekly podcast got me through the Trump administration. My appreciation knows no limit….

I don’t think there will ever be a time in my life when this doesn’t immediately make me burst into tears

As a teacher, this scene makes me cry every time 😭😭🥰🥰

Everyone close your eyes for a minute and ask yourselves is this the kind of Presidential want.
