it would be awesome until someone loads into the game wearing armour that the mod doesnt replace

there's a mod called clone armory that replaces every single armor in the game with clone armor, then you can put specific armor mods above it in the load order so they still show up

I'd imagine with the different shapes the bots take, that the weak points would be in different places for you right? Or is it just aiming based on where you know they would be?

yeah the models dont line up entirely i just have a general idea where the weak points should be on the big guys, but on the destroyers the weakpoints are in the right spots

are you using a specific modpack or just whatever you can find on vortex? anytime i tried using mods that replace models my game refused to boot :<

i put together a mod pack myself, i had to weed through a lot that crashed the game, i also use HD2Arsenal which is like the holygrail of mod tools

the Helldivers Script Extender, iirc it uses an offline version of the game to allow people to add things that wouldn't be possible with current modding tools like adding new enemies and stratagems. It's in super early development but it looks promising.
