I was just in Texas for a couple weeks and went to multiple The Texan stores and multiple Bucc-ees as I drove all over. Bucc-ees were huge and heavily trafficked. The Texans felt more like a stop and go truck stop. Both had clean restrooms, good food, and affordable gas.

Honestly I'm not a brand guy type of thing, I'm just happy to see that the bar for gas stations is being risen because of this

I live 20 minutes from New Braunfels and we had the first Buc-ees mega gas station and frequented the place. I'd say this company did a pretty good job at following the business model. It's virtually indistinguable.
