I lost count of how many times I’ve been called a horse, look like a man or been told I have too many muscles. I remember in high school and college, I would go through magazines and cut out images of women who looked strong and had muscles. I would cut out positive and encouraging phrases that would motivate me. To go to the gym, to try new activities, running, lifting weights, outrigger paddle boarding, surfing. We should be uplifting others and encouraging one another to better themselves. No matter what. Find a community and environment that supports and uplifts you. Some of my favorite moments running through my head this morning as I try to wrap my head around the fact it’s been 6 months without my friend Charlie. We never know how long we have in this life—thank you for inspiring me to use the time I do have to fight with everything I have for what is good & true & beautiful. I don't think carbs are a problem for building muscle. I want to be clear about that, because I'm going to be misquoted on it within fifteen minutes of posting. Carbs can be very useful. They're perfectly healthy in the right context, eaten by someone whose metabolism handles them well, in quantities that match their training. There are physiques built on rice and chicken. There are physiques built on potatoes. The world is large. What I don't think is that carbs are necessary. When you train the way I train, low rep, low volume, high intent, you're predominantly using the phosphocreatine system. The first ten seconds of any heavy effort. Glycogen is barely touched. You're not draining a system that needs refilling. You're not running a marathon at the end of every set. Once you're properly fat adapted, six months in, sometimes longer, the body becomes extraordinarily efficient at running on fat and ketones for everything that isn't a sprint. Meat and fat take care of the building. Ketones take care of the energy. The system is closed. The bonus is everything else. You feel better. You recover faster. You look trimmer because you're not retaining water from glycogen storage. You don't have post-meal slumps. You don't need a pre-workout to get through a session that should already feel manageable. Six years on carnivore. Six years of training. The physique is there. The strength is there. The recovery is there. Carbs aren't the enemy. They're just not the requirement they've been sold as. You can build a body you're proud of without them, on meat and fat and a pot of butter. That's been good enough a reason to keep me here.

Here we go — banging up another flag at work 🇦🇺 Nothing feels better than this, honestly. Every time I see the flag, I feel that energy — a reminder of how great our nation is. It makes me optimistic about the future for my children and the country they’re growing up in. Everywhere I go, I’m seeing more and more flags on homes. People message me asking, “Was it you? Was it the Sons putting flags up all around the city — even around the country?” The truth is, it’s not just us. There are people everywhere banging up flags — on gum trees, power poles, bridges. In the suburbs, families are proudly hanging the flag on their homes. And in workplaces too — I’m seeing more businesses flying the Aussie flag. If there’s no flag at your work, take one in. Ask the boss. Hang it up. Bring that energy into your workplace and your community wherever you can. And if you want to be part of a men’s group — a bunch of mates who are proud of the flag — that’s what we do. I went from ZERO($0) to 5 figures in less than 5 months The year 2024 was a defining year for me and a lot of my friends. This story is one I should have told since but was waiting for the right time It all began in August after losing a cumulative of $20,000. That was literally all I had left with me and was down to less than $300. They say it all begins when you are down to your last 1 million and funny how I didn't even have up to a million Over the course of several days I began asking myself questions as to what I would have done with the money. I could have given my parent their dream house or gotten a car for myself, my mum and started my Agric business. Well, that was how Anxiety started with heavy palpitations and a pulse of 130 Not to bore you, allow me explain step by step as to how I bounced back 1) God - I wont lie to you, God and Prayers are very important in this WEB3. We have very few Normal people on here as this space is toxic enough to destroy you and your mental health 2) Network - See, I know all your idolos are telling you to grind hard which is factually correct but the real profits in this life are from who you know. Check SAYRAAH #WID 📈📉📊 content on networking for more information 2) Excellence - One little lesson I've learned from life is that excellence in itself is not restricted to a particular sphere but its a way of life. I strongly believe the reason all my clients refer me like their lives depend on it is because I handle my job with a unique style of excellence. Starting from my personal page to my clients jobs and even mannerisms 3) Hard work - This aspect has been misused so much. Hard work although very vital must be accompanied with a lot of smart work for you to have results. Scripture shows us that there is a possibility for two people to engage in similar work while they get different result. The one with the smaller result was termed a FOOLISH MAN and the one with better results was called a WISE MAN. The difference is in the knowing, you need to learn how to actually work hard 4) Voice out - Make sure you always voice out when you are not doing as much as you are supposed to. I have a lot of my guys that I tell intricate stuffs about my money-making journey and everyone puts heads together to ensure we all make money I might sound like aspire to perspire but the reality is, bouncing back is difficult but I want you to know that your hard work will eventually pay off I could have just said GOD DID but I know there's someone out there that might need this. Don't stop and don't settle, your future will thank you for it Over the next few days, I would be sharing some opportunities I recently found that I'm sure will print you money. Stay glued

🔴IMPROVE YOUR SUPER COUNTER🔴 I will refer to you the host as player 1 and friend as player 2 Step 1 - Invite friend to room and create a private match Step 2 - Make DP teams, equip Max health and ki recovery to all your character for this match. Step 3 - To initiate training player 1 should approach player 2 and charge melee attack (smash attack it’s called in game) As demonstrated on this video, also note you have 2 assault vanishing attacks not including lightning attack which would be (O on ps5) per assault combo string. Player 2 can try and super counter that first charged attack and if he fails he’s got another 2 chances at super counter after you follow up the next two vanishing assaults. Step 4 - Flick Up followed by rush attack (⬆️+🟪) so UP first than SQUARE almost simultaneously but fast! on hit. It sounds silly that it has to be on hit but it is literally how it is done so (same time you get hit is the time you input ⬆️+🟪) Step 5 - Never break this rule: you and your friend can only damage each other with successful Super counter. A little tip to reset the vanishing assaults mid vanishing assault combo sequence. - So say player 1 has connected a charged smash and a(1) vanishing assault, And player 2 did not succeed in executing super counters, what should happen next is player 2 should vanish the 2nd Vanishing Assault of player 1 by pressing (🔴) instead of attempting Super Counter (⬆️+🟪), and once player two knocks back player 1 with a successful 🔴 counter player 2 should now press 🔺to do 2 vanishing assault combos, whilst player 1 attempts doing (Super Counter), and if player 1 fails to super counter the first vanishing attack player 1 should press 🔴 on the 2nd attack, now making it so that player 2 has to attempt super counter.. 😭😂💀 I know complicated but it really isn’t. The entire battle can be of you two simply super countering each other! Me and my friend did this for a few hours to build muscle memory and reaction speed because what’ll notice is you have to be fast to react to super counters or else you will take tons of damage. 🔴IMPROVE YOUR SUPER COUNTER🔴 I will refer to you the host as player 1 and friend as player 2 Step 1 - Invite friend to room and create a private match Step 2 - Make DP teams, equip Max health and ki recovery to all your character for this match. Step 3 - To initiate training player 1 should approach player 2 and charge melee attack (smash attack it’s called in game) As demonstrated on this video, also note you have 2 assault vanishing attacks not including lightning attack which would be (O on ps5) per assault combo string. Player 2 can try and super counter that first charged attack and if he fails he’s got another 2 chances at super counter after you follow up the next two vanishing assaults. Step 4 - Flick Up followed by rush attack (⬆️+🟪) so UP first than SQUARE almost simultaneously but fast! on hit. It sounds silly that it has to be on hit but it is literally how it is done so (same time you get hit is the time you input ⬆️+🟪) Step 5 - Never break this rule: you and your friend can only damage each other with successful Super counter. A little tip to reset the vanishing assaults mid vanishing assault combo sequence. - So say player 1 has connected a charged smash and a(1) vanishing assault, And player 2 did not succeed in executing super counters, what should happen next is player 2 should vanish the 2nd Vanishing Assault of player 1 by pressing (🔴) instead of attempting Super Counter (⬆️+🟪), and once player two knocks back player 1 with a successful 🔴 counter player 2 should now press 🔺to do 2 vanishing assault combos, whilst player 1 attempts doing (Super Counter), and if player 1 fails to super counter the first vanishing attack player 1 should press 🔴 on the 2nd attack, now making it so that player 2 has to attempt super counter.. 😭😂💀 I know complicated but it really isn’t. The entire battle can be of you two simply super countering each other! Me and my friend did this for a few hours to build muscle memory and reaction speed because what’ll notice is you have to be fast to react to super counters or else you will take tons of damage. Good morning Oscar; I’ve been pondering on how to respond to these screenshots without context and eh; I am totally out of words. 1. Crown has been in school for EIGHT terms, you have paid for two and mostly on condition that you know where I stay, or act positive to your sexual advances or other random that fit your narrative then. Refusing to comply would mean no support. And that I was totally okay without financial support from you. 2. Don’t lie on my dad’s name like that. You almost broke my little brother’s hand fighting for crown in front of both of them. You have insulted my parents to their faces more than once and you are shocked that my dad isn’t besties with you. 3. Oscar, you paid that 1.2M after not talking to your child for a year. How are you shocked that she was in a different school and her school fees paid???? You sat in that meeting and said you are comfortable with crown in fort portal, she went to fort portal and then you got angry???😂😂 4. You can’t do the bare minimum like ask about your child’s school. You know crowns school, if you were intentional; you’d know that it is among the TOP THREE schools in fort portal. Tomorrow is a very special day for me… ~A year ago, I was tasked with building business at what was a very dormant Larry Flynt's Lucky Lady Casino. I brought some folks in with me to help build a 2/3 NL game and a $5 DBPLOBP game. It was a STRUGGLE… Turns out it’s incredibly hard to get poker players to try new venues, even if they are beautiful, even if you offer them free food, even if you spew hard and buy bucket after bucket of beer! Tomorrow is a very special day for me… ~A year ago, I was tasked with building business at what was a very dormant Larry Flynt's Lucky Lady Casino. I brought some folks in with me to help build a 2/3 NL game and a $5 DBPLOBP game. It was a STRUGGLE… Turns out it’s incredibly hard to get poker players to try new venues, even if they are beautiful, even if you offer them free food, even if you spew hard and buy bucket after bucket of beer! It's 2030 and you are reviewing humanoid robots. A Tesla. A Google. An Apple. An OpenAI. A Meta. A Figure. And a bunch of Chinese-made ones. Which one is best, and why? I think the Tesla understands the world much better. Why? There were eight Teslas around me on the freeway today. Start there. No other robot company has that data. But my robot is parked at the local high school twice a day. Its cameras see humans in all of our weirdness. How we move. Where we go. Where we walk. Who we talk with. What you are wearing. Whether your hair was combed this morning. That data will lead to robotics breakthroughs. Apple might keep up with its Vision Pro data, but it is too freaked out by the privacy implications of using said data. (On the front are six cameras and a couple of TOF -- Time Of Flight -- sensors that can see everything in your home in great detail). Google has a lot of data, for sure. All my: 1. Email. 2. Calendars. 3. Photos. 4. TV watching behavior. 5. Contacts. 6. Documents and spreadsheets. 7. Files. 8. Location data. So I expect Google's robot will be attractive to many. But how do you see the others shake out over the next five years? Make some guesses. But remember what an AI pioneer told me years ago about AI: it's all about the data. The Chinese ones have huge advantages: the Chinese have more data on their citizens, and many more citizens to boot AND they can make robots cheaper than we can. But now that you know OpenAI is building its own robot you have caught wind of what I've heard from many in San Francisco and Silicon Valley: that humanoid robots are the real prize of AI and will be highly profitable for those that can make them and find customers willing to buy them. Here, too, I learned long ago never to bet against Elon Musk. Will you?

If They Can Endure, So Can We. 🌱 There are days when everything feels too heavy. You wake up and wonder, what’s the point? You try to do the right thing, to keep pushing forward, but it’s like shouting into a void full of nothing but emptiness. No one hears. Nothing changes. And slowly, you start to feel powerless. I’ve been there. Sometimes, I am there. Life feels like it’s happening to me, not with me. And the thought creeps in: Should I just give up? Why does it have to be this hard? But every time I get close to that edge, I think about them. Those girls who should be living their dreams right now, writing songs, dancing, laughing, performing freely for the people who love them. Instead, they’ve been thrown into a situation no one should have to face. And yet… they didn’t run. They could have chosen silence, or complied. Who would blame them for wanting peace, for craving a normal life? But they chose something braver. Of course they must have moments where they want to give up. They’re human too. Who wouldn’t want a normal, peaceful life? Who wants to wake up every day to pressure, uncertainty, and twisted narratives? I’m 100% sure, at some point, each of them has thought, “Why am I not just a regular person?” But they chose to fight. Not just for themselves, but for their dreams, their freedom and... For us. And that, to me, is powerful. Because if they, in the darkest of times, can still hold on, still stand tall, still sing and smile through it all, then maybe I can too. Maybe we all can. I know, I might sound over-exaggerated, but they truly are my motivation. Every single morning. And I have nothing but ultimate respect for what they’ve chosen. To stand up when they could’ve stayed silent, to walk through the fire instead of running away. It’s not easy. It’s unimaginable, really. But their courage reminds me that even in my own small, quiet battles, I’m not alone. If they can find the strength to keep going, then maybe, so can we. We’re all on this unpredictable ride called life, filled with twists, drops, and moments we never saw coming. But sometimes, the ones who inspire us the most are those who simply refuse to give up. Knowing that these girls are still fighting, with grace, with honesty, with love, gives me hope. And maybe that’s what we all need right now. Just a little more hope. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to win every battle. Just don’t stop showing up for yourself. Like they do. Some things in life are worth fighting for. And so are you. VTubing is for everyone! I don't like to bring this up, but recent events in the VTuber community made some people really vile. I had my M&G at HolMat last week and had people come up and just yell at me for being a girl in the "womans world", that is VTubing, no idea about who I was, or why I was there. I had the same group return to my handler multiple times, I felt really worried about the person carrying me around having to deal with this repeatedly and tried to steer them away from the group. It seems they found my YT and left me a handful of the same comments, luckily all caught by moderation tools. While I will refrain from M&G's for a little until this calms down I want to say this; I have been managing for over 1.5 years now, I deliberately take on male VTubers to show them that they can still do it. I take on people that have babiniku accounts, those that are changing from one gender presentation to another and want help, and those that have no gender presentation in their avatar. A lot of male VTubers struggle to find a manager because the stereotype is that all male VTubers are evil and it perpetuates a stereotype that extends beyond entertainment industry subcultures like streaming. VTubing has always been a medium, while character and marketing matters, it's about what makes you happy, YOU are the person that makes the content. Use whatever you want as an avatar, use a voice changer if that's what you want to do. Every month I have a male client bring up they can't do it the same way, that it's easier if jiggle physics or a cute voice is the answer to fast growth. And I tell them yeah, I can also do ASMR, I can do drama content, collab with a larger person, and get to x amount of viewers. There are shortcuts in every entertainment profession and subculture. Does it last? Do quick fixes for anything ever last? Yes, great physics and an expensive model can get people in, but if your value, your way of interacting with people, your content plan and marketing is ass, you can pack up. Most of us start on a small budget, premade or resold models, and it's the same in the big league entertainment industry too. Can I take out a loan and put myself on a billboard tomorrow, can I pay the most expensive model artist and rigger and get in along corporate VTubers tomorrow? Sure. Will it last, will it be genuine, will people trust me? Hell no. Genuine communities and growth build trust. I think streaming, creative industries, entertainment, are full of people, regardless of gender, that will see success and call it "easy", because of what they see as the end product. They don't see most VTubers working a second job, they don't see the managers, they don't see 100+ hours a month going into content production, years invested in singing and voice lessons, model redebut after redebut. I think a lot of male VTubers get a bad rep, because so many boys are raised without putting emphasis on empathy and creativity, watching my brothers be told they should not pursue art, that theatre class is a waste of time, and that they needed to go study x or y to make money for their families in the future was heartbreaking. Nobody should have to look at others and feel so much hatred for society they turn against a whole group of people. If you want to pursue entertainment, please do. If you want to grow and try and make a name for yourself, you should start there, not with yelling about how you already failed. "Oh but I can't", "Oh but the odds are stacked against me", look at the big streamers, look at Ironmouse who overcame everything with hard work, look at Kiara who rose from the ashes, look at everyone that fights against their odds every day and give it your all. If you already think you lost, then you have nothing to lose. Don't give up on your dreams because others tell you to.
