Looks good but will not work. Way too much moving parts with heavy load and (even worse) lot of leverage on the loads. These houses would need lots of maintenance.

I am going to leave here some keywords about that “drop-down house", and give it a couple of thoughts: Plumbing system, Waste water, Rain water, Air duct, Pipe, Drain / Outlet… On render everything holds. 🤷🏽‍♂️
