Did you know Billy Idol was a Candidate for Terminator 2? He would have to run and that’s what stopped him.

🎬This is a rare screen test of Billy Idol for the role of the T-1000 in Terminator 2. Before Robert Patrick got the part, Billy Idol was seriously considered. You can see him testing the cold, mechanical movement and presence the character needed. It’s a fascinating “what if” moment — the T-1000 with Billy Idol’s energy and look would have been a very different (and probably more rock-star) version of the character. Robert Patrick made the role iconic, but this screen test is a great piece of Terminator history. ❓Do you think Billy Idol could have pulled off the T-1000, or was Robert Patrick the perfect casting? 👇 #Terminator2 #BillyIdol #T1000 #RobertPatrick #MovieHistory #ScreenTest #WhatIf

And to think I almost add a song over this... what a tragedy that would have been.

Billy Donovan steps down as the Chicago Bulls' head coach, and this is what the crew had to say... "They are as irrelevant as any big-market team in sports." —Michael Wilbon "He should have been sprinting out of that organization." —Kendrick Perkins "They have just been irrelevant." —Michael Wilbon

Imagine what would have happened if the colors had been reversed. The corrupt mainstream media would have cried for a century.

"Ben Franklin almost stayed in London permanently..." If his wife Deborah had been willing to cross the Atlantic, he almost certainly would have — and when the Revolution came, he would have been on the British side. No French alliance. No Yorktown. Possibly no United States. H.W. Brands breaks down the personal decision that may have saved American independence.

I have been working as a writer and a journalist for almost four decades. I had never thought that I would see my country condemning a woman based on her use of a lipstick as if it were a flammable and dangerous weapon.

What he did was indeed wrong, and had she done the same, it would have been just as wrong. Let’s stop dressing it up as a “choice” and call it what it truly is… the ending of a human life.

🇸🇾🇹🇷 Erdogan hints that Syria could have been part of Turkey: “What would have happened if the circumstances had unfolded differently while World War I was redrawing the borders in our region? It is highly likely that cities such as Aleppo, Damascus, Idlib, Hama, and Raqqa would have been provinces of ours, just like Antep, Hatay.” Interesting

I had no real reference point for what 1M satellites in an SSO on the terminator would look like, so I made a visualization. What a beautiful sunset 🌇
