It reminds me of the younger DeeKay: full of curiosity, obsessed with the craft, completely immersed in the joy of creating. I’m still that person, but with a lot more responsibilities now. That purity I felt back then, I don’t ever want to lose it. I want to keep making art that moves people. I want to stay playful. I don’t want to grow up.
