He hoped for an ugly dystopian future. He thought the old world will vanish. He thought race was a social construct. He was naive to history and cared not for beauty.

Lost me when he insinuated Hitler and Nixon were comparable.

Pretty good overall, but he couldn't have been more wrong about "homophobia" by 2012. Far from being quashed, gayness became the dominant religion of the West. Also sad to hear McKenna fell for the anti-Nixon narrative. Nixon was very popular and he was 100% right about Commies.

He's a Soviet communist. He wanted the dystopia it never came. So now he believes in "end of history" nonsense and "going to the stars" escapism.

Every dude whoever told me Terrence Mckenna was cool was a total pussy

2 Timothy 3:1-5 "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away"

@Landeux19 However, I would say it’s an internal ascent… the goal isn’t to leave the planet or go to the stars, it’s to remember that the stars are conscious, that we are eternal beings of light, constantly creating, the deeper you go within the further you expand without

Modern day profit, have you found the answer that connects the dots across scripture, ET's and the vast array of unknown phenomena? Find Kab, connect the dots, find peace 🕊️

@foxblog3 Love McKenna (both). One of my favorite quotes is from a group discussion he held with Rupert Sheldrake: “To be well-adjusted to an insane world is the very definition of insanity. In this world, to keep one’s sanity, one must develop a certain level of alienation.” RIP brother

Every time I hear his name or voice I have to think of this song

He's got an amazing quote in the Schpongle album Museum of Consciousness. I don't think most people who've commented understand what McKenna is about. He took LSD and acid and it gave him a looking glass to in-between dimensions full of machine elves and entities like basketballs

This guy is just a stupid communist masquerading as some pseudo intellectual.

TLDR: The mushrooms (aka demons) told me all the crazy stuff today is nothing to worry about because it’s all part of our progression to space beings. And we can’t allow right wingers (aka Christians) to hold us back from our communistic- transhumanist aspirations.

He got one thing wrong, it's Homostrokeia. Everything is sexual now.

I somehow don't think wokeness, gender theory and the destruction of the family unit are gonna prepare us for travel to the stars though....

@Landeux19 He has a beautiful and utopian vision of the future. Read Invisble Landscape 2 decades ago when I was in college and seen all his lectures.

Among this guy’s biggest fears was the rise in homophobia.. 💀

omg no not homophobia

Yessir the key component is that we all have to start talking to each other about how weird things have gotten… which is where you run into a wall with the uninitiated (or the normies as they call them these days)

I love that he included Nixon. 😂

Right on the money

This brother is describing the Final Hour in islam

That dude has dosed acid paper in a pen dispenser lol

Chills!

@Americaonly9 💯

Let the weirdness continue I guess.

@Yugocana Smart man 🧐

I

🐐

Why can’t it ever be smart?

Bring on the shift!

A version of the star trek theory

I checked out when he said that a mushroom told him.....

I love Terrence

We hit that point yesterday.
