No live sentry mode on my 120k Model S from 2019. Why? WHY?

FYI. I don’t think it’s communicated enough how essential the app is to the Tesla experience. Rented one for a visit to the US from EU and lacking cell coverage was a big issue, especially given the Tesla app factor. The app was awesome and I wanted access to it at all times.

It has a glitch, can’t scroll for directions on short trips.
