Tesla Cybertruck windshield has been replaced…for a hefty fee 😳 BUT they were kind enough to put the EVject duck back where it was! Putting the truck outside for pickup with no charge is pretty pathetic though 🤨

Service always used to plug in L2 while vehicle was in service. They no longer do this. I wish they would go back to it. I don’t even care if they charge for it. It’s just good practice.

It’s good customer service. Legacy dealers do this for crying out loud

yes, same as expecting a full tank of gas when taking in ICE vehicles for dealer services. lol

If you showed up with a half tank, and it was under a quarter without quick access to gas, would you feel the same? Knowing it would have been a couple dollars from the dealer to top it up a bit? After spending $2,700?

I had to go in for service twice for the same issue due to parts not being available on the first visit. On completion of the work, I asked for the car to be put on the charger. They went ahead and did so. 15 minutes later I had to specify to them that I meant the supercharger as I needed it in order to get me home (2 hour ride) and that I didn't want to be there another hour plus waiting for the level 2 to get me topped off. Service is good in many ways, but charging the car up should be standard as it costs almost nothing and takes very little time on a SC.

I never expect my gas car to get a free tank of gas with every service. Stop assuming a fill up of your battery is free. Also, your car is not the only one in for service, if they took the time to charge every one, there'd not be enough power or charging stations.

Well I’m also not talking about $120 in gas, I’m talking $4 in electricity so it’s not sitting at 20% for an extended period of time, which can be harmful to the battery
