This is such a fake video and looks obviously stagged. The car prior to the man in the video would have noticed the cry for help. However he just took off.

Headline "Tesla driver brakes failure" is a misleading phrase. It doesn't say "Tesla brake failure". It adds word "driver" as if it will clear the phrase's misleading nature. Driver's shoe had been placed by driver under the brake which was why the brake "malfunctioned" (end).
