Why even have this event? Tesla claimed production started earlier this year. What, they are finally going to build one on the line rather than by hand? Sure would be exciting if they could build a few dozen by the end of the year! And maybe they could hit 100 next year! 😱

@grok what’s the sale price and max revenue from this plant at this capacity? Do we know when they will be fully ramped to capacity? If they did so(fully ramped) in 2027 what percentage of their revenue would come from the semi product?

Nameplate capacity (50k Semis/yr at Sparks) is the factory-open calendar print. That’s not the same as a disclosed production run-rate — livestream + tour ≠ units shipped.

And has orders to support only 2000 next year. Will be a bigger flop than Cybertruck. Not a aingme LOng Haul company bas placed an order. industry has rejected this CLASS 7 tractor. Doesn’t have the torque for heavy duty. Notice how Tesla has never released a torque number!
