@SjvTesla @Tesla @tesla_na Big difference between chips and dip. Chips are very light. Whole trailer load is about 10k pounds if chips. A load of dip, that would impress me. Pulled many a trailer out of Macon/Warner Robbins Frito plant, so yeah, I’m a subject matter expert! @TimothyDooner @FreightAlley

NEWS: Tesla has just taken delivery of a very big and heavy package at their new semi truck production facility in Nevada. It appears like it could be a stamping press for the Tesla Semi. It took two semi trucks and a triple trailer to move it. Tesla Semi production is expected to start in the coming months.

Great to see some mainstream media coverage of Tesla Semi: "With a diesel Semi, to go about 500 miles here in California with diesel being $7.66 on avg, you're looking at about $520 to go that distance. But with the Tesla Semi, one single charge will get you there for $275." DHL thinks the higher upfront cost of the Tesla Semi will be more than worth it over the lifetime of the vehicle with big fuel and maintenance savings.

🚛⚡ Just got back from the Tesla Megacharger in Ontario, CA — the first one open to external Semi fleet customers! Walked the whole site, got up close with those massive liquid-cooled cables and heavy-duty stalls, and explored the entire setup. The engineering is seriously impressive. Charging specs here: This site delivers up to 750 kW per stall (full Megachargers can hit 1.2 MW). At peak power, the Tesla Semi can recover up to ~60% of its ~500-mile range — that’s roughly 300+ miles of range in about 30 minutes during a driver break. Even at 750 kW it’s a huge leap for trucking efficiency. What still shocked me: dozens of traditional diesel semis just sitting there idling for who knows how long, engines running, burning fuel and spewing exhaust right next to the electric future. The Tesla Semi is going to be a total game changer — zero emissions, drastically lower operating costs (no diesel, minimal maintenance), instant torque, and megawatt-class charging that keeps trucks moving with almost no downtime. I had some thoughts about how to (safely) capture some video of the Tesla Semi vs diesel semi’s going up a steep grade. The average grade ascending the Donner Pass is 7% up to 16%. This is some of what I captured. #Tesla #teslasemi Tesla runs these semi’s daily, fully loaded up this grade and on other routes to uncover any issues and remediate them before they begin volume delivery. More on this later. Drive Tesla 🇨🇦

🇺🇸 TESLA HAS JUST SHOWN A MASSIVE BULL SIGNAL BY BREAKING A TRENDLINE. Every time $TSLA broke a trendline on the higher time-frame, it led to a massive expansion. It has just happened again and if the pattern continues, we will see Tesla at $500 real soon. I believe the next 5 years will be game-changing. Tesla has huge plans for the future.
