Absolutely love the high tech features in our Tesla! In fact, that’s why we take our Tesla on road trips and leave the Ford Motor Company Lightning at home! The best part is that it turns on “auto wipers” when you engage autopilot! It makes long sunny drives a breeze and keeps your windshield squeaky clean! No need to turn the wipers off when on autopilot so they made sure you can’t! Thanks Elon Musk and the Tesla team for keeping us safe! 👍🏼🙌🏼

Today marks 21 straight days of our family’s West Coast road trip in the Cybertruck. So far we’ve driven 3,493 miles, and every mile has reminded me why I believe this is THE greatest road-trip vehicle ever built. Tesla FSD has handled all the driving, which means I get to spend more time playing & talking with my family, enjoying the scenery, and arriving at each destination feeling far less worn out than I ever did on road trips in the past in a non-Tesla. The Cybertruck has been an absolute beast. It’s comfortable, incredibly capable, has more than enough room for everything we’ve packed, and has taken us through cities, highways, mountains, and national parks without missing a beat. After 21 straight days on the road, it’s needed zero maintenance, just charging and going, like a phone. The combination of the Cybertruck, Tesla’s Supercharger network, and FSD completely changes what a road trip feels like. After 3,493 miles and 21 consecutive days behind the wheel, I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything like it. A Tesla truly makes road trips multiple times more enjoyable… I can’t ever imagine driving anything else.

Tesla’s Car Wash Mode is one of those features that sounds unnecessary right up until you actually use it once. One tap: windows sealed, charge port locked, auto wipers disabled, parking alerts silenced, Sentry Mode paused. The car basically prepares itself for the weird mechanical water tunnel automatically. It even gives you a checklist and a one-tap neutral mode for conveyor washes. Because apparently, Tesla realized humans become deeply confused inside car washes. Tiny feature. Sitting here watching my Cybertruck charge with the mountains of Utah in the background, it hit me again… I really believe this is the most beautiful Tesla ever made. Every angle is different. It looks futuristic without trying too hard, and it fits just as well in the middle of a city as it does surrounded by nature like this. What makes this truck special is so much more than just the stainless steel or design. For me it’s how capable and practical it is. Long road trips, hauling gear, camping, tough weather, and FSD… it feels like THE one vehicle built to do almost everything. I’ve owned and driven many Teslas over the years, and every one has been amazing in their own unique way, but the Cybertruck is the first one that genuinely makes me stop and look back every time I park it. Driving across the U.S. in this beast has only reinforced that feeling. And to me, the Cybertruck is the best vehicle Tesla has ever built.

With how amazing Tesla FSD has become, I’m at the point now where I actually prefer to drive rather than fly in most cases. FSD allows you to travel cover an incredible amount of distance without any major fatigue since the car handles 100% of the driving, charging, and parking. It also makes the trips so much more fun and rewarding. People always ask, don’t you get bored? My answer is actually no, we get to explore so many new places along the way, take in the scenery more, and it’s just overall a more pleasant experience than manually driving and stressing about which exit to take etc. FSD handles all of that for you. If you have a Tesla, or are planning to get one, I highly suggest taking it on a road trip somewhere. It’ll be the best roadtrip you’ve ever taken.

I have chosen to drive my Tesla on FSD multiple times instead of flying. In the past year, I’ve done multiple ~20-hour days driving continuously on FSD, covering over 1,000 miles daily without ever needing to touch the steering wheel. We just took a trip from Toronto to Nashville as well. It was 900 miles one way, which we completed in a single day (18 hours), and it was way more economical (and fun) than flying. Before that, I did Toronto to Austin, TX (3,200 miles round trip) TWICE in July and November — all in my Model 3 Performance. Would I attempt these drives without FSD? No way. I literally push a button on the screen, and the car handles all the charging stops, traffic, navigation, and everything. It’s so easy. If you’re an avid road tripper, there’s no better car to do it in than a Tesla.

Just weeks ago I considered this to be a map of Superchargers. The foundation that made EV’s a going concern for the first time. But it’s not. These dots represent fully permitted and built power stations in an era where every AI player is trying to figure out how to get power for compute. This is the largest electrical power moat I’ve ever seen that can fully supply current and future charging needs while collecting and storing cheaper power during off-peak to supply an AI revolution. Elon doesn’t care who knows anymore. 2nd place is… crumbs. AWS was built from excess server space needed during peak demand. Now it’s bigger and more valuable than the core Amazon retail business. Tesla is about to drop a hardware smackdown right in the face of software engineers. AI prototypes are easy. Scaling is hard. If only Tesla had a factory pouring out millions of chips each year that are underutilized 95% of the time. Each with their own battery storage. Imagine that. Tesla could call them ‘cars’. And that power moat? It’s all fully upgradable. It’s primed to be tripled. Only a handful of Tesla charging stations currently have solar and/or Megapacks. For 14 years Tesla has permitted and built the gas stations of the future around the world. Everyone said it would fail. All of them were wrong. And now Tesla is in a process of creating a possible 10x value stamp on those stations that should have never been built. It makes you wonder, When a vehicle now leaves the Tesla factory; how do we even begin to calculate the economic production that it will generate during its lifetime? It’s a Robotaxi, energy storage, and a fully sealed/cooled compute processor. They may as well start shitting gold out of a tailpipe.

This week, Elon noticed me. He thanked me in a post, he reposted me driving the new Model Y, but he doesn’t yet know the dedication I put in as a Tesla employee, to the point of sleeping in my car on-site just to give more to the mission. During my last quarter, I was battling cancer but still led the company as the number one in demo drives, pushing through excruciating pain. My last day, shown in these pictures, we won Most Interactive Vendor for a reason. We didn’t stop until everyone at that event test drove a Tesla. Then the 10% staff cut happened. I was still receiving treatment, so I was let go so Tesla could fill my shoes. But I beat cancer, and now I’m fighting against the nearly impossible odds of getting rehired at Tesla. I’m sharing my story with 𝕏 and the Tesla community, hoping my passion is noticed. Maybe, just maybe, I’ll get the chance to do it all again. 🫶🏻
