My favorite AI workflow lately is my thought-to-post pipeline. I just go on walks, have a good content idea, ramble it, and have an optimized post in my writing style without typing. It's super simple: 1. Download an AI-powered voice dictation app to your phone (I use Wispr Flow) 2. Go on long walks and let ideas flow - when you get a good one, open Wispr Flow and ramble your thoughts (doesn't need to be perfect) 3. Notes auto-save. These become the core ideas for posts later 4. Open Claude and create a new Project called "Post generator" 5. Use this prompt: "I’m going to provide you with my own written material, and your task will be to understand and mimic its style. You'll start this exercise by saying "BEGIN.” After, I'll present an example text, to which you'll respond, "CONTINUE". The process will continue similarly with another piece of writing and then with further examples. I'll give you unlimited examples. Your response will only be "CONTINUE.” You're only permitted to change your response when I tell you "FINISHED". After this, you'll explore and understand the tone, style, and characteristics of my writing based on the samples I've given. Finally, I'll prompt you to craft a new piece of writing on a specified topic, emulating my distinctive writing style" 6. Now's the fun part: Go to Twitter Analytics and download your top posts (Premium → Analytics → Content → Download button) 7. Chinese Swarm Drone Systems: 48 and 96 Drones Some time ago, I wrote about the evolution of autonomous systems and how only the Chinese were truly making progress in this field. After starting serial production of the Swarm-2, which features 48 drones and real-time tracking, they are now testing a version with 96 drones. These are divided into three categories: reconnaissance, jamming, and attack. Each drone can carry a variety of payloads, including electro-optical reconnaissance, strike munitions, and relay communications. They can be flexibly combined into different operational groupings, forming multifunctional swarms capable of complex missions. These drones have an individual range of 15 to 50 km, but the manufacturer claims that by maintaining a swarm network communication, this range is significantly extended. This strongly reinforces what we discussed a while back: that future wars will be dominated by drone systems that will severely delay any ground troop advancement, as already evidenced by the conflict in Ukraine.

🚨An ICE agent accused a U.S. citizen of “impeding” because she refused to drive her car into another vehicle. In the video, an ICE agent yells at a woman, in her car, to move. She explains that she can’t move because she will hit another vehicle. She isn’t refusing… or trying to block them… she is trying to avoid committing a crime. “I’m not impeding. I’m trying to get out of the fucking way. You see how narrow it is.” The agent then tells her to back up. Her response… “You are endangering me. Get out of my way so I can back up. I’m going to hit this car.” And this is exactly why it is so dangerous when ICE agents claim someone was “weaponizing their vehicle.” Because we keep seeing the same problem… ICE agents create chaotic situations by blocking roads, surrounding vehicles, and giving conflicting commands. Then, when someone tries to navigate that chaos, they claim they were being attacked. When the government creates the danger, everyone else is left to deal with the consequences.

New open-source agent harness just landed! I got early access to TrueForge by TrueFoundry and have been running it locally for the past few days. The harness layer deserves as much attention as the model, and open source matters here because you can inspect the loop, run it on your own infrastructure, and swap to the latest or cheaper models. TrueForge handles the runtime work that makes an agent reliable. It drives the tool-calling loop, manages context, coordinates subagents, and executes code in a sandbox, with any model you choose. Every tool call re-sends the growing context to the model, so in practice the harness controls most of what an agent costs to run. A few things stood out from my testing and their published benchmarks. Vendor-Neutral by design. It runs OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models alongside open-weight models like Kimi, GLM, and DeepSeek. Model routing is a setting, and you can send each task to the model that fits it. New open-source agent harness just landed! I got early access to TrueForge by TrueFoundry and have been running it locally for the past few days. The harness layer deserves as much attention as the model, and open source matters here because you can inspect the loop, run it on your own infrastructure, and swap to the latest or cheaper models. TrueForge handles the runtime work that makes an agent reliable. It drives the tool-calling loop, manages context, coordinates subagents, and executes code in a sandbox, with any model you choose. Every tool call re-sends the growing context to the model, so in practice the harness controls most of what an agent costs to run. A few things stood out from my testing and their published benchmarks. Vendor-Neutral by design. It runs OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models alongside open-weight models like Kimi, GLM, and DeepSeek. Model routing is a setting, and you can send each task to the model that fits it. We were both new to Voi, so we created a bond and leaned on each other.Whenever he heard my voice, he started shouting to get my attention. Even when I would take a few steps away from him, he would be right there, following me. It was hard to leave him when I returned to the Nursery after a few years, but by that time he was strong and didn’t need me. It makes me happy to know that he is big and independent and even starting to find his way in the wild."
