I use the egg shells to toss the yolk back and forth and separate the white

The first one wins the award for most washing up afterwards 🙄

If you just use the empty egg shell, it works great lmao

But then I have to clean it....

Shake your egg before you crack it. The yolk will split from the whites and it’s easier to separate

Overcomplicating innovation if you ask me
