Just support your locals people! Get the real stuff

The US has a crazy amount of junk in its processed food that has been regulated in the EU for many years, can't understand this 2025....?🤷♂️

Locally made honey is very healing. It suppresses cough, and is a natural antibiotic. I like to use it in my tea. Recipe: -Camomile tea -Raw or locally made honey 1 tsp -A dash of cinnamon -And an orange slice Drinking something warm also soothes the throat, and opens your airways.

And then the next check... How many toxins are found from all the Monsanto and alike crap that is still allowed in too many countries? Even local bees have no clue if the flowers they use have been dosed with anything...

Thanks for this

That blot test is wrong. Anywhere warm enough that your honey doesn’t crystallise leave a wet mark

Recent studies by the Active Consumers organisation in Europe reveal that 50% of tested honey brands fail to meet quality standards, often due to dilution with cheaper syrups, highlighting the relevance of the honey purity test shown in the post😌

Dropping a teaspoon of honey 🍯 in a glass of water is the easiest test to know if it's REAL honey.

It's important to test food we buy #BBMzansi

Food quality has reached an all time low.
