My first test of Seedance 2.5! ❤️‍🔥 conclusions: Resolution and realistic quality have improved significantly. The sound is clean and cinematic. Using a 30-second duration is risky. When you ask for many specific elements within 30 seconds, you increase the likelihood of errors. I used a prompt with eight references, and it couldn't capture all eight references within the 30-second timeframe. I created it with CapCut Main prompt in the comments.

However, when it's teamed with the right prompt, it really get's the job done. I wanted something that felt like continuous/fluid one shots for my 2 sequences. Seedance kept failing to execute it properly, unti I added a mapped out storyboard. As the tech continues to improve, so will the outputs...but this is a great place to be in mid 2026.
