This is only a custom player model skin, so I can't really change much aside from visuals (And small gameplay changes like slightly farther reach) All the movement you see here is just normal Minecraft movement. The slide plays over when you start sprinting

I would have preferred it if you had added the sounds from MM8 or MM11. The 8-bit sounds seem really out of place to me.
