The tetanus propaganda still blows my mind. They had us believing any cut or rusty nail was a death sentence if we didn’t rush to get a tetanus shot. Never mentioning that the shot can’t work on the infection as it takes 3-8 weeks to kick in. Never mentioning that tetanus is so rare one has more chance of being struck by lightening.
