In my career, I dealt with immigrants who used a couple of schools in my state. The school would create fake IDs and take the written exams for them. They have a whole system set up. It's happening in all trades.

If they can fake degrees, can’t they also fake incident reports with patients?

I knew it. I was referred to an African gynecologist. That heifer was so rude and unprofessional, I told her to stop mid exam and left. I told my Black American Dr to never refer me to an immigrant again. I was mentioning treatments for my own problem. She was horrible.
