@KPRC2 Don't worry Texans fans. Some nobody receiver on your roster will have 200 yards against the Bengals like Noah Brown did in 2023.

Three straight misses after a Wednesday practice tweak is still a short week tissue problem, not a season rewrite. Early season staffs often take the quiet Sunday when speed work never returns by Friday. Boutte and Hutchinson inherit different jobs if he sits, and Schultz usually sees more of the short middle. Soft tissue likes the next clean practice week more than forcing Week 2.

Beefy beGEMS1 token redemptions are now open! Beefy DAO has received 133,763 $S from Sonic as part of the Sonic Gems developer-focused airdrop and is forwarding 100% of this airdrop to eligible Beefy users. Half of these S tokens are available for immediate redemption; the other half are vested for 3 months. All Beefy users who collected beGEMS1 tokens during recent Boost campaigns can now redeem them at a fixed rate of 1 beGEMS1 = 0.000836 S. Redemptions are available at → Season 1 tab The vested portion will be sent directly to the wallets of users who redeem during this period, shortly after the 3-month vesting ends. Additionally, some underlying platforms of Beefy vaults and assets—such as Silo, Beets, Trevee, and others on Sonic—ran their own programs during Season 1. If these platforms choose to delegate their S distribution to Beefy, we’ll pass it on to eligible users. If a platform handles distribution directly, please check eligibility and the claiming process with the respective app. While Season 1 has ended and rewards are now available, $beGEMS Season 2 is already underway. It began on 18 June 2025, and all eligible vaults and pools on Sonic with the "Points" tag are actively distributing points. Don’t miss your chance to collect them while the season is live and earn your share of S rewards at the end of the season. Redemptions for Season 1 close on 24 October 2025. Any beGEMS1 not redeemed by then will not be eligible for either the immediate or vested S.

Bitlight Wallet & RGB Faucet - Support Feature Announcement We have added a "Support" button to the RGB Faucet page to help efficiently address issues users may encounter during usage. There are two main categories of issues: 1. Claim Failed Users may sometimes not receive assets after initiating a claim. This can happen when a user performs both a claim and transfer operation simultaneously, causing a UTXO state change that results in the claimed asset being burned. In such cases, the Faucet may display the claim as Confirmed, but the user does not actually receive the asset. In rare situations, the asset may also fail to be successfully sent by the Agent. 2. RGB Assets Become Invisible After Transfer This issue requires the user to log in with the Sender's wallet, and provide the Receiver’s xpub address along with the amount transferred between the two parties. There are two common causes: a) Consignment Issue: The Sender’s wallet shows normal status and a corresponding "sent" record, but the Receiver does not receive the asset. If the Receiver has not changed their UTXO status, the asset can typically be restored and made visible. If the UTXO status has changed, the asset may be burned and cannot be recovered. b) Pay Timeout Issue: When the Sender attempts to send the asset, the wallet may get stuck in an infinite loading state, resulting in an abnormal asset state on the Sender’s side, and the Receiver also fails to receive the asset. How We Will Help For both categories of issues, we will analyze the situation based on the information you submit via the Support form. We will do our best to resolve your issue within the limitations of the RGB protocol. Due to the single-use-seal nature of the RGB protocol, if your issue is caused by a UTXO state change that results in the asset being burned, we will not be able to recover the asset. Please ensure that all information submitted is accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect information may result in your issue being unresolvable.

The Bro Split that every young lad gets sold on looks like this.⠀ ⠀ Monday: Chest⠀ Tuesday: Back⠀ Wednesday: Rest⠀ Thursday: Legs⠀ Friday: Shoulders⠀ Saturday: Arms⠀ Sunday: Rest⠀ ⠀ And yes, Arnold did it. Arnold also took enough drugs to sedate a medium-sized country, so perhaps not the most transferable template.⠀ ⠀ The problem is simple. Each muscle here gets hit once a week. Train hard enough and you'll trigger a window of muscle protein synthesis that runs for roughly 2-3 days. After that the window closes, and the muscle fibres begin to catabolise slowly. The back half of the week isn't neutral. It's quietly eroding the growth stimulus you picked up on Monday.⠀ ⠀ Once a week is not a holding pattern. It's a losing one.⠀ ⠀ The fix is training each muscle at least twice. An upper/lower split does this cleanly.⠀ ⠀ Monday: Upper⠀ Tuesday: Lower⠀ Wednesday: Rest⠀ Thursday: Upper⠀ Friday: Rest⠀ Saturday: Lower⠀ Sunday: Rest⠀ ⠀ Same days in the gym. Every muscle getting two shots at the growth window per week instead of one.⠀ ⠀ If there's a specific muscle you want to bring up faster, glutes being the obvious example, you can push that to three times a week with a full body approach, hitting the priority muscle first in every session when you're freshest.⠀ ⠀ Monday: Full Body (glutes first)⠀ Wednesday: Full Body (glutes first)⠀ Friday: Full Body (glutes first)⠀ ⠀ More frequent stimulus. More growth windows captured. Less of the week spent sliding backwards.⠀ ⠀ The Bro Split isn't useless. It just isn't optimal. And if you're going to spend the time, you may as well spend it on something that actually works.⠀ ⠀ Minimum twice a week per muscle. Three if you're serious about a lagging group. The rest is just detail.

Strength work for Leadville 100 💪 Over the years, I have felt judged by the research--my strength routines were limited to a few minutes at a time, while everyone was screaming at me from their Abstracts that I needed to do way more. I noticed two big problems whenever I committed to more resistance training: 1. I'd carry around soreness even after the initial adaptation window, likely corresponding to high CK levels and some background inflammation. Either way, it would reduce running economy on subsequent running training days, and every training day counts. Split squats are the ultimate offender--an exercise that I know I should be doing, but I can't without feeling like Forrest Gump after he was shot in the butt. 2. I just wouldn't do it. Oops. With lots of guessing and testing, I developed this routine, which I'd do after my easy run on Sunday (before a Monday rest day), and sometimes after my workout on Wednesday (if I felt like it): 1. Three Minute Mountain Legs, working up to 100 single-leg step-ups (I think step-ups in particular are a magic exercise for running uphill. But remember, magic is not equal to science): 2. Back squats, 2 sets of 10 (135 pounds for me, which I make look like 800 pounds in this video. The 17-year old me who played football would laugh so hard) 3. Back extensions, 2 sets of 30, engaging glutes and hamstrings 4. Single-leg calf raises, 1 set of 100 on each leg, with a 35 pound dumbbell 5. Every day, I do the 2-minute Core Snack routine 1-3 times. My core strength is one of my best attributes for ultras, and I can do the Core Snack with our toddler Leo. I also do daily band work before running (bandz a make me dance): That's it! I also foam roll and stretch daily (don't tell the researchers, but I am a tight boi and as soon as I stop stretching, I get hurt). The lesson is not to do this particular routine, but that strength training for runners can be based on individual needs. And I personally think that routines should be short and efficient for both performance (limiting breakdown) and adherence (limiting me from being a lazy little punk). Find what works for you, do it 1-2 times per week year round (on top of some daily supportive work), and don't feel the need to pursue progressive overload. It's not about getting stronger and stronger (unless you're into that sort of thing for its own sake, which I think will sacrifice some running growth). It's about supporting performance and health 🧡

Today seemed, IMO, to be a significant statement practice for Jacob Cowing. He grabbed one of Brock Purdy's numerous (perfect) deep passes but it goes deeper than that. HIGHLIGHTS: 🏈A few minutes earlier, Cowing and Marques Sigle collided on a deep corner attempt. Cowing was down for a while and limped off — it even looked like his day might be over. But Cowing returned and made the best catch I've seen from him in a 49ers uniform on a 40-yard laser over the middle. The resilience there definitely counts for something, especially considering Cowing's early-career availability issues 🏈Nick Bosa sighting! Did some running on the field while the 49ers were practicing for the first time in a couple weeks. Looked good. CMC (tightness) later watched team drills in person 🏈Keion White (adductor) popped the sled during practice, a good sign of progress 🏈Purdy's top-notch camp continues. He's driving the ball, he's layering the ball, he's hitting deep shots, he's been money on the gimmes, and he's escaping when needed. Many crisp connections between Purdy and the Mike Evans/De'Zhaun Stribling duo — #15 caught a TD vs Deommodore Lenoir 🏈Will Cowing be the 49ers' top punt returner? He caught several reps today. Notably, Jordan Watkins — coming off a very good showing in the preseason opener at WR — muffed one and was upset about it 🏈D-linemen CJ West and Titus Leo both left practice early with injuries 🏈Best 1-on-1 work of rookie OT Enrique Cruz Jr.'s young career came today. Held up well vs Ogbo Okoronkwo and Xavier Thomas. Progress! 🏈Rookie WR Will Pauling catch a nice red-zone TD from Jones, beating Jack Jones in coverage 🏈Rookie DT James Thompson Jr. remains an active presence. Good run stop today. Also had rookie LB Jaden Dugger with a run stop. Tall young LBs, including Larry Worth, continue getting good shine 🏈George Kittle said he's hitting top speeds and has a chance to play Week 1. He praised TE Luke Farrell's growth within the offense in Year 2 — thinks he'll have a big year (Farrell caught a couple more passes today) 🏈Klay Kubiak doesn't believe QB Kurtis Rourke's rib injury will keep him out for a long time. Kubiak said the 49ers deemed Rourke to be better than a 7th-round talent but think he was still available there because of the ACL tear he played through in 2024 🏈This was Malik Turner's most productive offensive practice. Caught a deep one from Purdy vs Upton Stout and also a TD from Mac Jones on a play fake earlier 🏈Jones to Deebo on a rainbow deep pass: Nice play 🏈Final play of practice — the last camp session with fans at the 49ers' facility this year — went to the defense. Very nice Upton Stout PBU against Stribling in the end zone The 49ers will travel to LA tomorrow and conduct a joint practice with the Chargers Tuesday. Brock Purdy … Justin Herbert Mac Jones … Trey Lance Kyle Shanahan … Jim Harbaugh Klay Kubiak … Mike McDaniel Good work coming!

The 49ers just finished their first 2-block practice with pads... 🏈Pass game looked sharp — until today. Perhaps some of the WR tumult hurt the operation. Ricky Pearsall is obviously done and the 49ers held De'Zhaun Stribling out Saturday for precautionary purposes 🏈CMC appears to be aging in reverse, possibly a testament to the distance he's getting from the 2024 Achilles tendinitis. He's had a ton of juice and ripped another long cutback run today 🏈LG will be a concern until it's not. So far in 1-on-1s, Brett Toth has seen more pass-protecting success than Connor Colby and Robert Jones, both of whom will need to improve there to allow the 49ers to breathe easier. But the 49ers prefer for Toth to be a backup center who isn't exposed to injury at the same time as Jake Brendel. Maybe he'll be a "break glass in case of emergency" option 🏈The much-hyped new looks of Raheem Morris' defense are a real thing — the 49ers have indeed expanded their repertoire both in terms of fronts and coverages. Their DBs made a lot of plays Saturday — PBUs for Lenoir, Green, and Stout 🏈On that note, Ji'Ayir Brown does seem to be winning favor as a Morris "guy". The DC specifically mentioned Brown today as he was rattling off names of supposed defensive pillars. Would be surprising if Brown isn't a Week 1 starter, IMO 🏈The DE injury concern is real, if only for the 49ers to conduct a proper training camp that includes two joint practices with the Titans and Chargers. They need more bodies there now and they were interested in adding one more vet even before the latest hardships. Jadeveon Clowney and Kyle Van Noy are both still available. Joey Bosa also technically is, but it seems that (if he isn't retiring) he wants to take the Eric Kendricks route of chilling now and signing later. Keep an eye on 49ers' workouts and signings at DE to get through the current storm. Maybe they sign a placeholder or two now and a more recognizable name later? We will see 🏈Deebo Day was fun. Of note that the 49ers wanted him even before Pearsall went down. So they've added — at the very, very least — a return man like they did with Skyy Moore last year, but with way more offensive upside

Payment From Kolo💚 Denied Because I Posted GM Post With a Photo From "sanctioned country"? I am making this public because I believe contributors deserve transparency, and fair treatment. I completed work for Kolo and expected to receive a reward of approximately $150–200. Instead, my payment was delayed for more than a month. During that time, nobody informed me of any problem, violation, investigation, or compliance concern. The issue only surfaced after I repeatedly asked why my payment had not been processed. The explanation I eventually received was that my reward would not be paid because I had allegedly visited a “sanctioned country.” For context: 🔹️I am a Croatian citizen 🔹️Croatia is not a sanctioned jurisdiction 🔹️My visit to Moscow was a short personal trip lasting only a few days 🔹️I was not there for business, politics, activism, or promotion of any government 🔹️My account contains crypto content and sometimes ordinary travel content 🔹️The only "Russia-related" content I posted consisted of few neutral city/landscape photographs for GM posts. At no point was I warned that personal travel to a particular country could result in the loss of earned rewards. At no point was I shown a written policy stating that contributors who visit certain locations, even privately and temporarily, become ineligible for payment. What makes this situation even more difficult to understand is that Kolo itself operates through an international corporate structure that includes entities in jurisdictions such as the UAE and Kazakhstan. Both countries have maintained significantly different approaches toward Russia than many Western governments and have continued various forms of economic and commercial interaction throughout the conflict. That does not mean those jurisdictions have done anything wrong. It does, however, make it difficult to understand why I can be denied payment for a short private visit and while the company itself operates through jurisdictions that maintain far more extensive relationships with Russia than an individual tourist ever could. To be clear, this is not a political statement. This is a payment dispute and a transparency issue. I completed the requested work. I waited more than a month for payment. I was never informed of any problem beforehand. Only after asking for an explanation was I told that a short personal trip and neutral travel photographs were apparently sufficient grounds to withhold my reward. I would also welcome a public response from Pavlo Luchkovskyi , CEO of Kolo, regarding the policy that was used to deny payment in this case. Specifically: 1. Where is this policy published? 2. If such a rule exists, why was it not disclosed before the work was completed? 3. Why was payment delayed for more than a month before any explanation was provided? 4. How does the company justify this standard given its own international operating structure? Until those questions are answered, this decision appears arbitrary, inconsistently applied, and fundamentally ridiculous.
