At best you can say the cases have been largely unvaccinated kids. Until Covid, pretty much all the anti-vaccines folks were liberals. In the last 5 years that has changed. Regardless, there are people across the spectrum who don’t believe in giving kids vaccines. Aside from that, you have no way to attribute anything from these cases to Republicans writ large.
