@GJKinne Find the talent and develop. So many kids are hungry and would run through a wall for a D1 program. But they want make ready kids. I feel bad for these HS kids.

@GJKinne I think that’s what GJ is saying. They are finding under recruited talent and developing players, but once those players develop into main contributors for those G5 schools, they get swooped by the P4s who can offer 10x more NIL money.
