The animation for this show, including this infamous segment, was done by Boxel Studio in Mexico, and was done by one person, and also was forced to do it without help or enough time. That pretty much says a lot.

The end result of what happens when you try to rush a studio that mainly specializes in VFX animation, to deliver fully animated scenes in roughly only 8 months (maybe even less than that idk)
