Finally stepping out for some sun ☀️ after three days cooped up inside. It's still chilly, but the fresh air feels good right now. We've got one more night of hard freeze ahead, then we're in the clear. I have to admit, I deal with S.A.D.—Seasonal Affective Disorder. I've struggled with depression and anxiety for most of my life, and I was on an SSRI and Xanax for 13 years. Those meds turned me into a zombie. Honestly, they've left me with dissociative disorder, compounded by the trauma from the past 15 years. My memory's spotty at best, so I rewatch my old videos every day. It's surreal—sometimes I see myself and think, "Damn, Dee's a bad bitch," but I don't recognize that version of me anymore. It's like being a character actress for so long that you lose yourself behind the mask, trapped in this dissociated persona you built. When I finally woke up to it, I realized finding the real me mattered way more than chasing visibility.
