Yesterday would've been one of the toughest days for Thalaivar Rajinikanth to pass. 🙏🥹 Om Shanthi to Mr. Gopali. Thalaivar's mentor during his years in film institute. 50 years went by, The world changed, the quality of water and air changed, but Thalaivar DID NOT.❤️ This video is a must watch for GENZ audience. Earning goodwill from your elders and seniors will take you places, my Thalaivar is a fitting example. Anyone can claim to be the best in terms of trade, business, fashion or even looks. But none can dare own a heart that's bigger than #Rajinikanth𓃵

The NIH FINALLY admitted taxpayer dollars were funneled to EcoHealth Alliance, which funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Stand with me as we get to the bottom of what REALLY happened. Chip in now.

BREAKING: Gardaí questioned Elijah Burke on “what question he was asking” Catherine Connolly at her campaign event in Galway. This is a shocking and disturbing revelation. Catherine Connolly is backed by the Communist Party of Ireland: no free speech, no religious freedom. 1/3

Squats = brainpower! 🏋️♂️🧠 Sitting for 20 minutes straight is a silent drain on your executive function. But here's the good news: A 2023 study in the Journal of Applied Physiology found that one minute of half-squats every 20 minutes rescues cerebral blood flow from the "sedentary slump." It re-oxygenates the prefrontal cortex, the seat of your focus and decision-making. The Result of a 60-second "Interrupt": 🧠 Preserved blood flow to the brain. ⚡️ Sharpened executive function. 📈 Spiked concentration levels. 📉 Reduced mid-day mental fatigue. Action plan: The 20/1 Protocol: Set a timer for 20 minutes of focused work. When it pings, drop into 10-12 controlled half-squats. It’s the cheapest 'nootropic you'll find. Source: Horiuchi, Masahiro, Alice Pomeroy, Yoko Horiuchi, Keeron Stone, and Lee Stoner. “Effects of Intermittent Exercise during Prolonged Sitting on Executive Function, Cerebrovascular, and Psychological Response: A Randomized Crossover Trial.” Journal of Applied Physiology 135, no. 6 (December 1, 2023): 1421–1430 #BrainHealth #MovementSnacks

“They rewrote the definition of [gain-of-function] so they could get around the law.” “Because Barack Obama had outlawed it.” Dr. Brian Hooker and Jimmy Dore break down CIA whistleblower’s shocking testimony on Fauci’s Covid manipulation: Dore: “This group of doctors participated in rewriting the definition of what gain-of-function was… so it didn’t fall under the purview of that law and regulation.” “Just like they rewrote the definition of what a vaccine was for the Covid vax.” Dr. Hooker: “That is absolutely correct.” “They rewrote the guidelines and tightened the definition of gain-of-function research in order to slip this information through.” “Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina in 2015 was collaborating with the Wuhan Institute of Virology to weaponize [Covid].” “Fauci did that in due time in order to set up this entire scenario.” Jimmy Dore Brian Hooker, PhD

Some rather extraordinary scientific claims were made in a speech at the Liberal Democrats conference today during the emergency motion debate on the EHRC guidance. Wondering what scientists like Emma Hilton, SEGM and others make of them?

High blood pressure truth (the real cause & solution) Here’s the entire playbook ⬇️ 1970…160/95 1985…140/90 2017…120/80 Now…2026…110/70 And anything higher is dysfunction? That’s catastrophic I’ll prove it 2018 Lancet 1 million adults found NO increased mortality at 150/100 Zero But at 110/70…let’s look 2020 American Journal of Hypertension showed increased in all cause mortality Here’s what really increases blood pressure systemic inflammation insulin resistance and mitochondrial dysfunction let’s rock and roll… And ANYONE can solve it all I’ll show you It’s all in the research packet And it’s FREE! If biology has normal endothelial function, mitochondrial function and insulin sensitivity… meaning they’ve been measured then elevated blood pressure… isn’t pathological it’s compensatory But how many doctors are measuring mitochondrial ATP capacity endothelial function testing vascular reactivity using flow mediated dilation tests or running a continuous glucose monitor? None…they’re treating numbers Your move Never Miss Dr Trevor Bachmeyer The Spartan

BREAKING: We just uncovered evidence that the NIH is conducting gain-of-function experiments on SARS-CoV-2. The NIH is still funding animal experiments like the ones that likely caused the Covid-19 pandemic. And they’re doing it in defiance of Trump and RFK Jr.’s order to shut down gain-of-function. WCW’s Justin Goodman just broke down this shocking revelation with Breanna Morello: “We just found an annual report from that laboratory that was released at the end of last year that shows they are generating highly pathogenic new strains of SARS-CoV-2 by infecting monkeys with different strains of this virus, letting it spread and replicate in their bodies, and then harvesting those viruses for other experiments.” In a 2025 report, animal experimenters in Fauci’s former NIH division reported, “GENERATION OF A HIGHLY PATHOGENIC SARS CoV-2 WUHAN STRAIN RAPIDLY CAUSES DISEASE IN MACAQUES…These new SARS CoV-2 stocks could elicit severe disease in macaque recipients post infection.” “That’s a gain-of-function technique.” “Our taxpayer dollars are still funding gain-of-function experiments with Covid.” “There’s a lot of controversy inside the NIH right now that the agency is not taking seriously President Trump’s and RFK’s commitments to ban gain-of-function.” Have NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya and Deputy Director Nicole Kleinstreuer gone rogue? These gain-of-function experiments are complete betrayals of Trump and RFK Jr.’s promises. “We’re following the money” and holding NIH’s Jay Bhattacharya and Nicole Kleinstreuer accountable for “continuing to waste millions of tax dollars on these experiments on animals that no one wants, no one needs, and place public health in peril.” Follow White Coat Waste INFOWARS Justin Goodman

The government of Kenya should tell Kenyans if what happened in South Mugirango in Kisii today during Governor ⁦H.E Simba Arati⁩’s meeting with parents of needy children is justified. Why would an MP storm a meeting and his bodyguards start firing at wananchi? Be the judge…
