I was expecting that someone must have posted a solution in the comments only to realise that everyone is having the same issue. Let me give you the solution, these type of mirrors are supposed to be stuck on flat surfce - as you can see she stuck it on the lines of the tiles !!!

First of all idi washroom or living room mirror kahdu. It's a convex mirror used to see the behind vehicles in a wide view.

A bit of thought is needed here. Buy the same type of mirror, but in a rectangular shape. Try to position it so that it fits within a single tile. That way, you’ll have a clear reflection across most of the mirror. The joint between the two tiles is causing the distortion.
