All this coming from way back, we have been singing ban kavera since I donno when and the authorities were playing around now ,it's the same kaveras blocking these drainage systems plus people building in wetlands now see the effects

Personal responsibility is not the work of a party. Don't drink and drive they say. Don't drive on flooded roads or even in the rain. U ignore, u suffer.

Lets not blame everything on the government. There are infrastructures to help proper flow of water but many ugandans dispose off rubbish carelessly blocking water channels which causes the flooding.
