Former CCC leader Nelson Chamisa has not collected the pension he accrued as a Cabinet Minister and as an MP some 11 years ago. He says the crisis with politics in Zimbabwe is that people seek to be elected in order to represent their tummies. They go into politics to get residential stands, cars and money. This, according to sources is the reason why CCC could not withdraw from Parliament en masse following the stolen 2023 national elections. Barely 5 days after receiving a US$150 000 letter of demand for disrupting a book launch, Mutanho and at least 12 party accomplices today had a docket of public violence opened against them by Job Sikhala’s biographer Munyaradzi Savanhu. Police at Masvingo Central are now looking for the suspects whose faces are well captured on camera.
