@WyattCatarina I know someone that found a litter of kittens in a bag in the trash where she was pumping gas. She heard them meowing. Took them home, bottle fed them and then later found homes for some but kept a couple!

Hears a sound in a trash can, whips out phone to record himself pulling the bag out of trash? He could easily put dirt all over dog & put it in the bag making himself look like a hero by "saving" it. Covid taught us that people can be fooled by anything. There are too many "savior" videos like this.
