Yes, the nib. When finished drawing the line in one stroke, don't lift your pen for a few seconds.

Just to remind everyone that you don't need to update to v5.0 just to have this feature. You can already do the same in vector layer with any brush you have, the update only make it more convenient that's all.

And if you feel that you need the updates and don't like to grab so much money, you can subscribe to Update Pass, it's only 10$ per YEAR! The only downside is they only accept credit card for subscribing (I let go my subs after a year since they don't accept debit 😔)

They took years to add something procreate had since like always. What is left is to rebuild the entire brush and canvas engine to use the gpu instead of cpu

Well, you can already do the same with vector layer in CSP without updating to v5.0. Not that they don't have it before, just different method.

It won't change any brush pack you have, but you can always export your brushes & materials before updating. What lost from me are the 3D primitives, but it was an easy fix (need to click "reset materials" in the setting)

Yup, this is what they called smart shapes 👍 Just hold the pen after finishing a line or any drawing in one stroke, it would automatically give you an option to "correct" it. You can also click the button Edit afterwards.
