The DOJ can request voter registration data from a state if it suspects fraud, but it cannot force a state to hand it over on its own. To compel compliance, the DOJ would need to go through the federal courts. That’s exactly what the DOJ did in Georgia and a federal judge agreed there was enough evidence to compel the states to turnover voter rolls. So we will see you in court. 👍
