Im glad they saved him but the whole time I was yelling "stop trying to pull him out by his ear". The guy who jumped in was the real hero. The other two, especially the one trying to rip the dogs ear off, were half assed.

Why aren’t there any safety ladders at the edge in the first place? What if a child or an adult had fallen in they need to be able to get themselves out of the water? A ladder would have made it easier to also get the dog out. AND lastly where is the owner of that dog??

Seven people watched and did nothing. Could they not have helped the man desperately holding on and reaching for the dog? Really painful to watch.
