Thankful I don’t have an HOA

This should 100% be considered theft. It's not illegal to own a car with expired tags. It's illegal to operate one. And the idea that the HOA plays any role in that process is ridiculous on it's face. If a candidate ever runs on outlawing HOA's, I will become a single issue voter.

Brought my friend Brian to the tow lot one night. He cut the lock and used his spare key to take his rig back. This was before cameras everywhere. He had balls of steel and wasn't his first time taking his property back. RIP Brian (had Cystic fibrosis, died far to young)

If your HOA is towing for expired tags out of your driveway the bylaws were written by a scumbag attorney. Thats shady all day.

HOAS Are ass hated having them. And ours ran us $800 a month
