My LinkedIn account got suspended today We onboarded a new admin to run outreach and he didnt follow the SOP He wanted to prove himself First thing we did was review how to mitigate this from happening again (after he got fired) Here is what I came up with: 1- Build a new onboarding form via ChatGPT 2-Put in specific points that talent needs to acknowldge "I acknowledge that if I cause a suspension on the linkedin account due to sending more requests than I am told it will lead to auto termination and a 1 star review on my upwork profile" Attack the process Not the people Ops brain at work over here

Question - Was there any situation that happened between you two? Ohm - I can’t confirm if anything happened to me or not. Personally, I don’t know what others would think about her intentions toward me. They may or may not have been good, but it’s all in the past, and I choose to leave it there. I saw the news and the headlines, but I didn’t spend time dwelling on whether she actually did something to me. I would just tell everyone, "It’s fine. It’s in the past." Just wanted to address a mistake that we made on my socials earlier this week related to last weekends CFB Saturday. We posted a video where joey galloway and I were talking about how strange it was to be home and not traveling on a CFB weekend since end of August and how we felt like we didn’t know what to do with ourselves. We posted the video with a caption that was very misleading about “weird not having any CFB this weekend”. Some took that out of context and ran with it-that’s on me..my apologies for any disrespect (albeit unintentional) to the teams that played last weekend-especially Army Football and Navy Football Not sure there is a game I personally look forward to more EVERY year than Army and Navy-they play for the love for each other and love for the game-and anybody who has ever watched me for the last 30 years on TV knows how I feel about that game. Sorry for any confusion and again any disrespect that this created-it was a simple case of miscommunication. Just felt the need to address it. Thank you!

Would I ever run for political office in America? Probably not. I don’t necessarily have a desire to attain and wield of power. It’s a huge responsibility. More importantly, I do not believe foreigners should make laws for a country they were not born into. I was born in Korea and naturalized here. It doesn’t make sense for non-Koreans to run for office and shape Korean society, so I merely apply the same standard to myself in America. Thanks for the question Urban_Tree✝️🍃
