When Vecna was chasing the kids in his mind, why did he just speed walk after them and try to grab him? He literally has mind powers that he just used to grab El and suspend her in mid air, and yet the kids he needed that were so important to him (even though they ended up not being important at all) just ran away without him ever just using his mind to grab them.
