We need to be able to manually or automatically lock the knob so that pets don’t press buttons while dog mode is active. I have had doors and hatches opened among other things.

The Tesla Model 3/Y produced in the 2017-2024 timeframe all have just an air conditioning vent in the back. But it would be great to turn it into a smart screen that can watch movies, play games and other controls.

Is there a way to stop cameras being closed when Drive is selected - a double action maybe? When parking or manoeuvring in tight space, useful to keep cameras visible.

Yes. You can currently do that on the Highland and inter version via the S3XY buttons. A macro that when you out the car in D, the camera are on
