💭 How long are you staying (in Japan)??? 🌻 I’m not staying that long. And… not that long. I’ll just make it quick, keep it short, travel, and then… also, my friend from middle and high school… with that friend from middle and high school, I also decided to go on a trip to Japan together. So I’ll be with my family, and then my family… my family will go back to Korea, and I’ll go straight to another ar- (laughs) another area, and take another really short trip with my friend, and then I’ll probably go back. 🌻 Ah, and my friend had been really worried because he said that finding a job wasn’t going well. He had been like that for a while, and I kept encouraging him, and then he said he got a job. So I was like, “Oh, you got a job?!” and told him, “Congratulations so much!” But he said he got a job at a Japanese company, so starting next year… he said he has to live in Japan starting next year. So I was like, “Ah, in Japan…” (laughs) “So you’re going to live in Japan starting next year.” And then when I thought about it… next year, I’ll pretty much only go abroad when I’m working - only when I’m going for work, and if things go like this, (laughs) there’s a high chance we won’t be able to see each other for a long time. So I just said, “You’re going to live in Japan now, so to celebrate you getting a job in Japan, let’s just go on a short trip to Japan.” 🌻 Ah, but this is that friend I usually talk about. When we actually meet, we go to a PC bang (internet/gaming café). It’s nice to see each other when we meet in the neighborhood, but there’s nothing to do, so we go to a PC bang (laughs), then just briefly stop by a café. That’s the friend I was talking about.

💚: Right before 23.5 aired, I was going through something personal, a situation where I had to make a decision. I had to choose between that & the series… and I chose the series. ML FIRST DEEP TALK #DearMyselfxMilkLove 🎤: Have you ever talked about that before? 💚: No, never. 🎤: It’s ok if you’d rather not go into it. 💚: I’ll share it without going into details. It was a moment where I had to choose between my future… or staying stuck in old feelings that could’ve pulled me down. That’s why I always say, “Whatever happens, it’s always for the best.” I chose what was ahead cause I believed I could move forward. And I did move forward. And I’ll keep moving forward…tomorrow, and even a minute from now. 💚: I believe in myself. I believe that what comes next is going to be really, really good as long as I choose to walk away from things that hurt me. There was a moment when I looked back and cried not out of sadness, but because I was proud. I stroked my own head like this and said, “You did great, Milk.” I hugged myself and said, “You really did great.” 💖: I’m not sure if this is the same thing we once talked about… but it wasn’t just work stuff. We’ve shared personal things with each other too. I feel like P’Milk is such a strong person, someone who won’t open up about her problems until she’s already worked through them herself. 💚: That’s true. 💖: And that’s why I think you’re amazing, the way you’re able to handle everything you go through.

Devin Hester says he didn’t touch his NFL paycheck for the first 4 years of his career and he lived off endorsements and gave himself a $5,000 monthly spending budget “To be honest, a lot of us, when you come from where we come from, we don't look into how to manage money. We never was put into a position where we had that much money. The little money we were around growing up, when we looked at our elders, they all managed their own money, because it wasn't a lot to manage.” “So right now where I think we need help is more with business, learning how to invest... My first three, four years I lived off straight endorsements. I didn’t have to touch my check. Everybody isn't going to be blessed to do that... “I grew up in the old age where the way I budget myself was almost like street common sense, to the point where I said I'm gonna pay my own bills, cause I wanna learn how to do it. It was fun for me. I had a big binder, I wrote down what date, who I paid, how much it was. I did that. I educated myself on that.” “I’mma take out $5,000 in cash… and I’m not touching nothing else. I’mma live out that $5,000 for the rest of this month. Spending wise. I budgeted myself like that... What you can't do is you can't keep up with guys that's been in the league 6-7 years before you. Because those guys are on a second contract.” “What I did is I started living off my endorsement deals and picking these older guys' brains. Asking who their financial guy is? You

This is a repeat post after many people asked for details again. A solar expert reached out privately and advised me to remove the electric geysers from my main solar system. He said the solar batteries were doing too many cycles because they were powering the geysers, and that this would shorten their lifespan. His advice was that I should remove the geysers from the battery load if I wanted the batteries to last the full period they are built for. I took that advice seriously. I then asked my plumber, Shanil +27 (76) 890-5582, who owns Metro Plumbers, to guide me on where to get high-quality solar geysers in Johannesburg so that I could replace the electric ones. Shanil told me about a technology called the Elon Smart Water system. He explained that it is much cheaper than buying completely new solar geysers. Instead of replacing the electric geyser, you simply fit the Elon unit, which comes with its own solar panels, onto your existing electric geyser. That is what I did. I have removed all four electric geysers from the home solar system. Each of them was converted using the Elon Smart Water technology. They are now powered by their own dedicated solar panels. The four geysers are running on a total of thirteen panels. So what this means is that I rarely use City Power, because in the past, when it was cloudy for three or four days, I would return to the grid to assist the batteries. This was happening because the batteries were carrying a heavy load that included four geysers. If I had gone for top quality geysers that are exclusively solar, I would have paid between R25,000 and R30,000 per geyser. That would have come to around R120,000 for four geysers. Of course, there are cheaper solar geysers available, but they are cheaper for a reason. So, in essence, I saved half the amount I would have paid for the geysers had I chosen top quality solar geysers. If you are in Johannesburg and interested, Shanil's number is +27 (76) 890-5582. He can do the work for you. The units and their panels cost R60,000 for four geysers from Plumbing Supplies Sanitaryware Centre in Woodmead. I have had the system in place for ten months now, and it is working very well. I deliberately allowed all the geysers to continue heating so that I could test whether everything was functioning correctly, and the water is as hot as it should be. So that is the story. I thought I should share it with those who might want to reduce their bills since folks keep inboxing for details from the original post. P/S The other interesting feature of this system is that I can control it from my phone. If it is very cloudy and the water is not as hot as I want it to be, I can simply go onto the app and instruct that particular geyser to draw from the grid. Unlike my previous setup, where I had to switch the whole home solar system onto the grid, each individual geyser can now independently switch to grid power and heat the water to a temperature I have set. Once the water reaches that set temperature, it automatically disconnects. I have only done this once in ten months, when I had a house full of guests. Out of the four geysers, if one is in a bedroom that is not being used, I can switch it off completely from my phone so that it is not heating water unnecessarily. This gives you control, flexibility, and saves a great deal of money in the long run. You can read more about this technology here: Once again, the fitter is Shanil and his telephone number is +27 (76) 890-5582. You can buy the equipment from Plumbing Supplies Sanitaryware Centre in Woodmead.

You will remember that a month or two ago, I posted about the solar system at my home in Johannesburg, which has allowed me to hardly use Eskom or City Power because it generates enough energy for my entire usage, including powering geysers. After that post, one of you on this page, a solar expert, reached out privately and advised me to remove the electric geysers from the main solar system. He said the solar batteries were doing too many cycles because they were powering the geysers, and that this would shorten their lifespan. His advice was simple, remove the geysers from the battery load if I wanted the batteries to last the full period that they are built for. I took that advice seriously. I then asked my plumber, Shanil, who owns Metro Plumbers, to guide me on where to get high-quality solar geysers in Johannesburg so that I could replace the electric ones. Shanil told me about a new technology called the Elon Smart Solar PV System. He explained that it is much cheaper than buying completely new solar geysers. Instead of replacing the electric geyser, you simply buy the Elon unit, which comes with its own solar panels, and it is fitted onto your existing electric geyser. That is what I did. I have now removed all four electric geysers from the home solar system that powers my home. Each of them has been converted using the Elon Smart Solar PV technology. They are now powered by their own dedicated solar panels. The four geysers are running on a total of thirteen panels. So what this means is that I will never use Eskom or City Power again because in the past, when it was cloudy for three or four days, I would return to the grid to assist the batteries. This was happening because the batteries were carrying a heavy load that included four geysers. Now that the geysers have been removed from the main solar system and converted to their own dedicated solar supply, I will never return to Eskom or City Power. Even on cloudy days unless the solar system breaks down. The system is able to generate enough power for everything that I need. I also use a gas cooker, which helps reduce the electrical load. I hope this information helps you. If I had gone for the top-quality geysers that are exclusively solar, I would have paid between R25,000 and R30,000 per geyser. That would have come to around R120,000 for four geysers. Of course, there are cheaper solar geysers that you can get, but they are cheaper for a reason. So, in essence, I saved half the amount I would have paid for the geysers if I had chosen top-quality solar geysers. Once the water reaches that set temperature, it automatically disconnects. I can also decide to switch off a geyser from using electricity, in my case from my solar system, or for those who do not have solar systems, from Eskom. In the same way, I can switch it off from using the solar panels. For instance, if there are four geysers and one of them is in a bedroom that is not being used, I can switch off that geyser completely so that it is not heating water unnecessarily. This gives you control, flexibility, and saves you a lot of money in the long run. You can read more about this technology here;

Q: how long have you been in this industry? #mimrattanawadee #มิ้มรัตนวดี Mim: actually I’ve been auditioning since I was 7, but people started to recognize me since Wasana Rak (วาสนารัก). It’s with channel 3, but I’ve always been a freelance actor, I’ve never signed with any channel. It wasn’t until P’Tha gave me the opportunity, so I got to sign with GMMTV to do GL and get to pair with P’View. Q: It changed your roles (career)? Mim: Yes, it changed my role and I’m happy with where I am now Q: You started auditioning when you were 7, but people only started recognizing you recently. How many years was that? Mim: Oi, right now I’m 22 Q: Wow that’s a really long time kid Mim: Yes, a very long time Q: Did you ever think that you’d go do something else? Mim: There were times. I’ve passed that point. I’m proud because it took time to reach here, and it really wasn’t easy at all. I had to go through everything like perseverance, commitment, failure, continuing to prove myself, like I had to do everything… Oi, don’t let me keep talking, I’m going to cry. Q: So it was your dream to enter the industry, and you experienced a lot until one day you felt that you’ve made it Mim: Yes, it’s when I realized people love me because of my role as Yaem, and besides loving the character Yaem, people remember me as Mim Rattanawadee, and they gave me the nickname of Horror Queen and keep supporting my future projects. And when the seniors (decision makers) gave me the opportunity and believed in me that I could play this role. So this is the place I used to dream about, and now I finally have this opportunity. Q: What was your first project? Mim: It was the series Full House, but when I was a kid, I didn’t think much about it. I was just happy to be in a series, and I made it. Q: But once you got into the industry for real, it’s not like that right? Mim: Right, it’s nothing like that. There’s so much more to it. It’s like you have to keep fighting and never give up. And I’m also soooooo proud of you and thank you for not giving up 🥹

"I remember feeling very tired mentally, four days of sort of leading the tournament. I won the week before in Greensboro so I’d had a lot of media attention that week and so people forget that. You know to win two in a row is not always easy and then the Masters, I was late, day one, and there was no late and early times you get the first Tour. It was either if you score well the first round and you’re late, you’ll be late the second day so I was late the third day and then was obviously last off with Crenshaw. So mentally it was getting quite tiring because the course was very dry and it was just holding on because you had these four footers. You keep getting, keep making them and then you know, and then obviously I had a bit of a hiccup at 11th and 12th. Things didn’t go well there so now I was on the hunt to try and get that few shots back off Calcavecchia and it had come at holes that I thought wouldn’t happen. I thought 13th I can maybe get a birdie, and I had a good tee shot. I had 165 for my second shot, to give you some idea how good the tee shot was, and I still made par which was annoying. I made it close at 14th from about eight feet and I missed that for birdie, and I didn’t make birdie at 15th with a second shot just off the back of the green so I’m thinking you know, the chances are gone, a bit thin, and then you go and birdie 16th from above the hole which wasn’t quite, was on the gameplan but I’ll take it. And then the 18th, we all know that it was in the bunker and then got it out the bunker fairly successfully, and then – talking about the putts you have to hole to win, that was an eighteen, eighteen feet I think it was, the putt. Doesn’t look like it on TV, looks like about six feet and I got the memories of Trevino always saying if you’re going to have to win a tournament or a winning putt, he said I’d rather have a downhill putt than I would have a twenty foot putt uphill when you’ve actually physically got to hit it. So obviously I’m putting downhill all the way so to me, I’d had probably ten minutes to read the line. I don’t know if it was a good thing or a bad thing. You get too many ideas in your mind because Crenshaw was butchering the hole at the time and he was putting out and da da, so I was waiting for ages and that just took about a four inch back swing, if that, and just started the ball rolling and obviously we know it went in the can. I was saying to myself, thank **** I’m not going down the 10th on the play-off because I’d got no legs left." Not only is this one of the nicest, most heartfelt compliments that anyone has ever given me.. but what Ren says afterwards are some of the most important words I’ve heard spoken in the these turbulent times we live in. I’ve always felt and often preached the same ideology throughout my music, but I can admit that at times, even seeing the world for what it truly is, I’ve gotten caught up in some of the divisiveness that the orchestrators of our reality put in place to keep us fighting. Sometimes it’s hard not to. Sometimes it’s out of defense when my words are misunderstood or taken out of context. Sometimes certain stances, whether popular or not, do need to be taken by someone with thick enough skin to deal with the blowback. But also, sometimes I’ve been wrong. Sometimes I’ve gotten carried away. Sometimes I’ve forgotten to put myself in the shoes of someone on the other side of whatever point I’m trying to make and fallen into the very same us vs. them mentality he speaks about here. The truth is, we do have a common enemy. And we need to quickly realize that it isn’t each other. Because if we don’t find a way to set aside our differences, the future is going to be a very scary place. It already is. Love overpowers hate every single time. And I’d also like to return the compliment Ren. You’re the most talented human being I’ve ever worked with, and I can’t express to you how grateful I am to have had you and your team enter my life. You helped me fall back in love with music in a way I hadn’t felt in years. Thanks for taking the time to see past my gruff exterior and understand the person beneath it. You’re like the brother I never knew I had, and it was an absolute honor creating this art with you. Let’s do it again some eh? Long Live Inpatient 🫡🕸

🦊 Hi everyone it’s Yeonjun! Today is finally the day I, having gone through the period as a trainee, officially become an artist as Yeonjun from TXT~ 🦊 It’s such a happy and meaningful day for me, I’ve been waiting for this moment for a really long time I started training and dancing when I was in my third year of middle school and since then I’ve been growing my dream of becoming a singer. I’ve just been running towards it and before I knew it, 5 years had passed ! And today, that dream finally came true. It’s a moment I’ve longed for so desperately, one I’ve really been waiting for 🦊 Earlier, while filming, I kept thinking back as I watched myself on camera, it made me remember all the times I trained, pushed myself, went through evaluations with the members, worked hard and the effort I put into improving.. all of it just flashed through my mind at once The memories all passed through my mind like frames in a film and in the middle of it, I felt a strong swell of emotions in my heart and in the end, I couldn’t hold it in and it just burst out It was such an emotional and happy day for me 🦊 The tears I’ve shed up until now were a mix of desperation and the desire to achieve my dream but today after such a long time, I finally shed tears of joy. It feels like such a memorable day for me, one I’ll remember for the rest of my life It’s been such a meaningful day and I hope I can keep seeing our fans for a long time I’ve really missed everyone so much, but now, thinking that we’ll be able to see each other often for a long time makes me so excited and happy 🦊 And I’m also really grateful, you’ve waited for us for so long and I hope we can repay you with good songs and performances Thank you, thank you so much!

I've had 3 cases of complaints to my employer, NHS. 1. From a gay guy I worked with who claims I've been homophobic for not going along with the trans ideology. 2. A Muslim, who because I've spoken out about the grooming gangs reported me for being islamophobic. 3. Someone very high up in the Royal Stoke Hospital, hosted an anti-racism event within the hospital & posted pictures of it on a staff FB forum. I commented about how a Pakistani is being racist to me. Me posting that has now ment I'm under investigation for being islamophobic. The first two allegations, the NHS has found that both accusers have been lying. They both made wild claims about me. Both, tried to get me arrested & locked up. I have asked the NHS what actions will be taken against the gay gentleman who's been lying & trying to ruin me. They refuse to respond. They understood that the Muslim was lying & also was threatening me with violence. But I've still been islamophobic apparently. The Royal Stoke Hospital has now hired lawyers to try & intimidate me. Previously I had meetings with the HR team what I have recordings of & in due time I will release because their incompetence needs to be shown. I've not been racist or homophobic to anyone. Next week I've got to defend myself against a lawer the NHS has paid for using taxpayers money to try & get rid of me. I've worked for this NHS trust for 16-years & never had any complaints. I worked throughout COVID while managers worked from home. The things what I witnessed during that time was crazy. The money that was wasted, the lack of care for patient samples. Staff members committing sex acts on each other. Managers covering it all up. We do not have free speech in the UK & if you do speak out you get your life ruined & you're tarnished a racist, homophobic, transphobic, Islamophobic person. The NHS needs reforming.
