The real question in my opinion isn't if she meant to hit the officer with the vehicle. I think the real question is was the officer justified in feeling his life was in danger enough to pull the trigger. And to that question, I say yes. She was already breaking laws, already non compliant and she actually hit him with the vehicle. He also didn't let off any rounds until the vehicle actually made contact with him..

This guy ordered a Shirley Temple with two cherries, not three. The manager of this restaurant was called because this man said the person that made his drink disrespected him by putting three cherries in his drink and not the two he asked for. He was told they weren’t going to serve him because he made such a stink. She tells him they are closed now but they will make an exception and serve him and she asks him what he wants. He tells her he wants a cup of clam chowder and a Shirley Temple with TWO cherries, not THREE. 😳 A lot of people said they disagree with the manager, that she should have stuck up for her employee and that by taking the employee’s side it builds morale.
