That driver deserves jail time

The driver is at fault but this is a good advertisement why bikes aren't a safe vehicle if you value your life. It just takes one dumbass and its over. A car or heavier vehicle like an SUV is insurance from most collisions, short of being hit by a semi or train.

He had to see that motorcycle. His on dash cam may get him convicted.
