I’ve alway loved helga obsession with Arnold is because Arnold was kind to her when they were in pre school. Love born from kindness.

I can’t get over the fact that Arnold got catfish in this episode.

No matter how awkward that night may have been for Arnold, Helga did him a favor regardless. He would have had a much WORSE night if he spent the entire night as planned with Ruth with how clearly well-meaning but extremely socially unaware she is

This is one of my favorite episodes..... but it baffles me that Arnold never even suspected that she was Helga; I know it's meant to look obvious to us viewers, but still.
