I’m similar with my Welsh, I’m never confident speaking it because I think the locals will take the piss. I’m English, driving buses around mid/north wales from Mach up to Bangor and around that area, felt I had to learn it as I would Latvian if I moved to Latvia

Like if you know you’re going to be POW (even though I’m not a fan of it either) you should at least learn the language as early as possible, it’s not like they don’t have the money or resources…

Who gives a shit what their skill in Welsh is? Mine is practically zero after 70 years. Unlike the Royal Family, however, I’d like to think I’ve been of some use to my country.

Greed at its finest from a family that has so much wealth but they still demand more from the taxpayers of the UK. The system they represent belongs in the dark ages along with them.

I think that's a mistake. The more celebs go on video speaking your language, the better for its profile.
