I love how Hollywood tells the whole entire world how they harvest people's organs. You guys know that this happen on a daily basis everywhere in the United States in our hospitals? If you're an organ donor you might want to reconsider.

I don't know how it works in the US, but in Brazil, organ donation (excluding the cornea) is only permitted after two ECGs, one CT scan, sometimes an MRI, and two physical exams by two different doctors.That is, at least 3 doctors and 2 ECG technicians have to certify death.

People still wonder if stuff like this is real, there are people who have active cases for changing patient information for organ harvesting. This scene is happening right now in a hospital or even a fake hospital, today. Not all doctors or nurses are good people.

Nobody is ever brain dead. They are just useless and useful to the medical society. How many people have been still alive while their organs are harvested.
