@RagingKuJo1222 Oh you southerners. First,never drill a hole at a angle. Second, we use power augers. Third,thts probably 36"nothing. I've seen 6ft easy. Fourth,don't post stuff you know nothing about. 😂😂😂

@RagingKuJo1222 First timer. 🤣 You drill straight down not at an angle.

@RagingKuJo1222 It helps to drill downwards

@RagingKuJo1222 Any reason why your not drilling straight down, or is it you just want more drama?

@RagingKuJo1222 I love me some thick ICE

@RagingKuJo1222 the forbidden snow cone

@RagingKuJo1222 Right triangle. He was drilling at a high angle. Its only ~2ft thick.

@RagingKuJo1222 @_SmokeyGirl25 Growing up in Wisconsin, it wasn’t unusual to have 5-6 feet of ice in mid-winter. Dad couldn’t afford one of those ice augers, but he made “ice spuds” that was a 6-foot steel pipe with a metal chipping head. We chopped all our holes by hand!

@RagingKuJo1222

@RagingKuJo1222 Is it common to drill that hole in an angle?

@RagingKuJo1222 “Born of cold and winter air and mountain rain combining-” 🎶

@RagingKuJo1222 It's even thicker when you drill diagonally...

@RagingKuJo1222

@RagingKuJo1222 Wow. A little bit more and he makes it to China.

@RagingKuJo1222

@RagingKuJo1222 The ice on lake Champlain in Vermont gets 3 feet deep. They drive trucks across the lake.

@RagingKuJo1222 That proves ICE is much tougher than the protesters believe.

@RagingKuJo1222 That's pretty much every lake in our part of the world for 3+ months of the year.
@RagingKuJo1222 Wow

@RagingKuJo1222 That’s satisfying asf

@RagingKuJo1222 Gotta be 6 feet of ice right there !

@RagingKuJo1222 Embarrassing all around

@RagingKuJo1222 Don’t let Minnesota see this

@RagingKuJo1222 @varnagypaul He’s ready to do some angling now.

@RagingKuJo1222 @honeyybomb Imagine hooking a fish and having it 3/4 of the way in the hole and then losing it it would be so confused

@RagingKuJo1222 Nope, that is pretty normal for this time of year in Minnesota. It is when you have to put on the extension pole to the auger after three feet, then you are talking about thick. And why did they go in at an angle?

@RagingKuJo1222 @grok explain why the water doesn’t stay at the bottom of the hole 🕳️

@RagingKuJo1222 “You sure you aren’t going to fall in” my wife probably

@RagingKuJo1222 @LynneB8898 Whoa! That's thick!

@RagingKuJo1222 A foot thick you can drive a truck on it.

@RagingKuJo1222 Meh

@RagingKuJo1222 The ice is so thick that even a tank would slip on it.

@RagingKuJo1222 Is it common to drill that hole in an angle!!! ✅👌💕

@RagingKuJo1222 @LynneB8898 Is he going to fish?

@RagingKuJo1222 Angles help sonar signals reach the target better.
