This is why you can’t be your own mother’s lawyer, because of a conflict of interest. She did several things a judge would not allow her for the exact reasons they’re not allowed!

The most unrealistic case in the entire show. The defense brings up that there are conflicts of interest over an over but never once denies that the defendant did indeed shoot the guy. Defense literally does nothing to clear her mother’s name. It’s not one of the better episodes.

Im so confused? How is this a good plot at all “i saw a murder!” “What did tou say when se said she wanted to reopen the case?” “Oh just that i didnt actually see a murder and ive been lying this whole time”😭 like that makes no sense. Why did she say she saw a murder to the cop?
