That moment when they walk straight into the point. 😬 John O’Keefe exhibited zero injuries consistent with a pedestrian–motor vehicle strike. Even if we momentarily accept the “other side’s” playbook and claim he was “clipped” (a term that is medically and biomechanically incorrect in this context) there would still... be clear evidence of a direct impact, at minimum to the arm. Under the theories advanced by Trooper Paul, Yuri Bukhenik, and Aperture, a 7,000-lb SUV making contact would have caused significant skeletal and soft-tissue damage to the point of impact. Instead, we’re being asked to believe that a vehicle traveling roughly 24 mph could strike a human body and result in nothing more than superficial scrapes and cuts. 🙄 Then comes the unintentional self-own. ⤵️ During last night’s Albert/McCabe/Higgins/Proctor et al. spokeswomen livestream, Julie Carpenter herself described suffering a “catastrophic ankle fracture” from simply missing a curb. ✨️Let that sink in.✨️ A near-broken ankle from a low-energy fall. So which scenario involves more force? A.) A 7,000-lb SUV traveling 24 mph B.) Julie Carpenter's ass falling off a curb Her injury makes sense because small bones are easy to break. In fact, the talus (ankle bone) is stronger than any of the finger or hand bones.. yet hers fractured from a simple fall. And we’re supposed to believe that the same human body could absorb a direct hit from a massive SUV without sustaining fractures or comparable trauma? Physics and anatomy say otherwise. But I get it, comprehension is hard. 🤪 ----------------- Video usage is protected by fair use pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 107. Copyright law doesn’t silence criticism, opinions or common sense.show more

"Come on.. you can't be that dumb", Kerry Roberts proclaims as she attempts to explain how silly it sounds for the cocktail glass to have been found by John O'Keefe. You're right Kerry, it's ridiculous. It's ridiculous to think the same hand that supposedly received a direct hit with an SUV (that had received no injuries from this very hit) somehow managed to grasp this cocktail glass as it broke. This same body then did a spin, with the broken glass in hand, got launched 10 feet, and said glass landed right next to the body. Or does it make more sense that a body holding a cocktail glass received a strike on the back of the head and the glass broke as the hand released the grip on the glass as the body fell. This wouldn't be the first murder where evidence was placed to look staged. Riddle me this Kerry... Is this why, til this very day, the entirety of the glass has never been found? Is this why the glass on the bumper did not match? Or the majority of the glass at the scene did not match? Where's the rest of the glass, Kerry?

New video of what is a supposed UAP being struck by a Hellfire missile: Analysis What isn’t discussed at the hearing nor anyone who doesn’t have exposure to footage like this is the fact that the Hellfire missile doesn’t appear to detonate. This is important as it shows the missile only clipping the object, which most likely is a drone. If the missile doesn’t detonate and only clips one of the rotors of a drone (if that’s what this is), then it would explain why the drone could potentially recover and carry on…to a distance longer than the video shows but we don’t know how far that actually was. It could have eventually crashed in the water. Also, important to note that the authorization to use that munition signifies that the user was given a green light at targeting a potential threat. This isn’t done lightly. This means that it was identified enough to a degree to be a potential threat (like an adversarial drone) and was intentionally targeted. That wouldn’t happen if it was a truly unidentified objects or actual alien space ship. They would observe until it was deemed to be hostile in nature. This could also be a potential C-UAS test strike on the efficiencies of targeting in-flight drones with conventional munitions and how accurate they are. But more information needs to be presented to determine that. In conclusion, this appears to be nothing more than a failed strike of what was claimed to be a Hellfire missile on a traveling drone. The munition did not detonate, clipping the object but only to a degree that it still had flight capability after.

As promised during our live earlier today, here is the full video of Mr. O’Keefe cleaning off John’s Traverse. Karen Read provided Sean McDonough with a single snapshot from this longer video and tried to use it as “proof” that Mr. O’Keefe knew about, and was involved in, covering up damage to John’s vehicle allegedly caused by her 0.5 mph tap. But even the defense’s own expert testified during the first trial that a tap at that speed would not have caused the taillight damage we all saw - damage Karen herself admitted was there. Of course, that didn’t stop her. Instead, she pulled one brief moment from the video, stripped it of all context, and pushed it publicly to fit her narrative.

CNN chief law enforcement and intel analyst John Miller argues the ICE agent acted inappropriately in shooting dead a woman coming at him in her car, citing the Police Executive Research Forum report... “If you're confronted by a moving vehicle that could be a threat to you, get out of the way of the vehicle and don't shoot at a car. Now, this is DHS policy. I'm reading to you from DHS policy: ‘DHS law enforcement officers are prohibited from discharging firearms at the operator of a moving vehicle or other conveyance, unless the use of deadly force.’” “It also says ‘a law enforcement officer must take into consideration the hazards that may be posed to law enforcement and innocent bystanders by an out-of-control vehicle,’ which we just saw the result of that. The point is, unless the person is literally either using the vehicle to ram other people in a terrorist attack or has a car bomb or is chasing you with the vehicle in particular getting out of the way and reducing the tactical exigency where you're not creating a situation where you're forced to fire these shots is what most law enforcement agencies have adopted.”

Elon Musk: As we advance the Neuralink devices, you should be able to actually have full body control and sensors from an Optimus robot So you could basically inhibit an Optimus robot. It's not just the hand, but the whole thing. So you could like basically mentally remote into an Optimus robot and be kind of cool. The future is gonna be weird, but pretty cool And then another thing that could be done also is like for people that have say lost a limb, lost an arm or leg or something like that, then we think in the future we'll be able to attach an Optimus arm or legs and so you kind of like I remember that scene from a Star Wars where Luke Skywalker gets his hand, you know, chopped off with a lightsaber and he gets kind of a robot hand And I think that's the kind of thing that we'll be able to do in the future working with Neuralink and Tesla. So it goes far beyond just operating a robot hand, but replacing limbs and having kind of a whole body robot experience. And then I think another thing that will be possible like I think it's very likely in the future is to be able to bridge the where the damaged neurons So you can take the signal from the brain and and transmit that signal past where the neurons are damaged or strained to the rest of the body, so you could reanimate the body. So that if you have a Neuralink implant in the brain and then one in the spinal cord, then you can actually bridge the signals and you could walk again and have full body functionality Obviously that's what people would prefer. To be clear, we realize that would be the preferred outcome. And so that even if you have a broken neck, you could still we believe I'm actually at this point I'd say fairly confident that at some point in the future we'll be able to restore full body functionality

Did Proctor just admit to a dirty investigation? Last night on 20/20, Proctor said the moment he knew John was hit by Karen's SUV was at the hospital when he saw that John only had on one shoe. He knows from experience that if the other shoe is on the street, that is likely the point of impact, meaning he was hit by a car on the street. The problem with that statement is that Michael Proctor went to the hospital to see John at 1pm. At that time, he had not yet visited the crime scene. He had no idea where the other shoe was, and for all he knew, the shoe was inside the house. He then had Karen's SUV towed from Dighton at 4:30pm. The other shoe wasn't found on the street until 6pm by the SERT team. So, he knew at 1pm that at 6 pm, they would find the other shoe on the street, amd he should have Karen's SUV towed an hour and a half earlier so they have the vehicle in custody??? OK, got it.

CNN’s Laura Coates on Charlie Kirk being shot: “Here, if this, in fact, is tied to his ideology, given the fact that he is quite the lightning rod in many communities and has been accessible, and yet controversial, you've got a very terrifying prospect for so many people who share his similar qualities in the sense of a public figure who is unabashed about their views, that alienates others. That could possibly be a target for somebody. It is horrific to think about this being a young father, a human being, generally being targeted in this way. But now the law enforcement community has to go into full effect, including prosecutors...Was there a particular verbal trigger that there was coordinated in some way that law enforcement could have been made aware of?...Is there a clear and present and prospective danger, or are we dealing with somebody who wants to use this platform, having targeted this person to gain notoriety for a larger ideological end, and that would be under the umbrella of domestic terrorism?”

$I was wrong. I used to tell people that I would never go to a medical doctor unless it was for a broken bone, fracture or some form of structural damage. After having an experience like that I decided I really don't wanna go to a hospital or medical doctor because all they're gonna do is put my bone back in place and then put it in a cast for the next couple months and I'm gonna wonder later on why it never feels the same after locking my bone into the same position. It doesn't make sense to me. Animals in the wild break bones all of the time and fully recover, as long as they don't get eaten by a predator. If I ever have any structural damage again in the future or broken bones I'm gonna use the animal method: just fast, lay down in the sun and let nature heal me.$

$For months, the prosecution has floated theories that John O’Keefe may have been struck by a vehicle, specifically Karen Read’s Lexus causing injuries as he allegedly stumbled and fell. But today, thanks to the defense entering X-rays into evidence, we now have hard proof that John O’Keefe had no fractures in his arm or hand. The X-rays do exist despite prosecution expert Dr. Welcher suggesting they didn’t. That means no defensive wounds, no impact trauma to the limbs and no car hit his arm. If Karen’s SUV struck O’Keefe as the Commonwealth claims with such force that it broke his skull and threw him then ask yourself this, Wouldn’t there be trauma to the arms or hands? Wouldn’t he try to break his fall? Brace? Shield himself? But nothing. No breaks. No fractures. Clean. Which leads to a simple, devastating possibility, If the car didn’t hit his arm… maybe the car didn’t hit him at all. And that’s exactly the doubt the defense is sowing not with theories, but with medical proof. The kind that doesn’t scream, shout, or lie it just sits there quietly... being true. Dr welcher replied WITH CAREFULLY HEDGED LANGUAGE HE DID NOT LIE. HE NEVER LOOKED!$

Dear Mormons, If you are a Saint today, you descend from the pioneers, by blood or by the grafting that makes you no less their child, and that means there is iron in your bones whether you have learned to feel it yet or not. You come from people who buried their children in the snow and kept walking, who were driven from state after state and did not break, who crossed a thousand miles of nothing and built a civilization out of salt and sand on the strength of pure covenant. That inheritance is not metaphor. It is in you, the same marrow, the same refusal, the same fire that no mob and no winter and no extermination order could ever put out. So let the haters on hate, let them sneer from their screens and their safe little distances, because they are screaming at a people who have outlasted far worse than them and forgotten more courage than they will ever own. You carry the essence of a covenant nation in your chest, and a people who know how to make cities rise out of a wasteland are not a people who bow. Stand up straight under what you were handed, square the shoulders this Church was built on, and remember in your bones that you were forged from the unbreakable.

CBS you can tell by the way they say oh we dont know if that is Epstein is not implying murder. They are leaning in to the Alex Jones internet conspiracy that Epstein is still alive. To do that you would need a body swap. They have ZERO reason to keep this guy alive and risk a jail break in with lol a body double. This isnt the movies. He had too much heat. When an asset had been burned they becomes a liability. When that happens and there is a threat of a plea bargain, they will kill you just as they killed Robert Maxwell. Jean Brunel also died in prison or was that a body swap too? And yet Maxwell is still in prison left her to rot and she’s not talking. They did not drag a corpse of a 66 year old look alike and plant it in the prison and hire a bunch of actors to pretend like they worked on him then pay off a medical examiner to look at a different body and say it was suicide yet leave injuries on that body consistent with murder and also take photographs of that body that look just like a dead Epstein Then for no reason at all have his brother order a second autopsy (why do that if its all a conspiracy) and the second autopsy contradicts the official story because the new pathologist found a broken bone in his neck and ruled it murder. He had a broken bone in his neck something we only learned because of a second autopsy. Dr Michael Baden, is a friend of Larry Johnson who I interview all the time. He saw the body as did Epstein’s own brother and said he was murdered by strangulation. Look at the gash on his neck. Now if you were going to Hollywood fake this why make a gash like that and a broken bone? This conspiracy is beyond stupid. it is like the survivor going around saying they saw him turn into a lizard. Alex Jones wants to turn this into a tar baby the same way he did to 911. They are trying to kookify this whole thing. The attack is two pronged. One mouth says they broke him out AND he is living in Israel. That type of lie automatically associated the anti-Israel crowd with being retarded. It is the same thing they did with Judy Wood on 911 where they were super anti-Israel but then had magic DEW weapons. The other mouth is blaming Russia.

Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman reveals the assumption about superintelligence he thinks the other AI labs have backwards "Some of the other labs are making an assumption that a superintelligence that is smarter than all of us put together is both inevitable and even desirable. And that such a system would probably be very hard to control" "We have to reset that and make the assumption that we should only bring a system like that into the world that we are sure we can control, that operates in a subordinate way to us, that humans remain at the top of the food chain" "These tools, like any other past technology, are designed to enhance human wellbeing and serve humanity. Not exceed humanity" "Some of the things that you hear from Elon often, or even others in the field - they're fixating on a world in 2050 or 2075 when they're going off exploring other universes and conquering resources from other planets. A system like that, it is unclear to me how it would have any time for preserving us as a species" "We have to make a decision as a species to prioritize creating superintelligences that are aligned, that care about humans and want to protect humans. If we just accelerate and cut all those corners, we're taking a massive risk with the future of our species" He calls it humanist superintelligence: build it only if it is provably controllable, subordinate, and pointed at human wellbeing. The uncomfortable part: "provably controllable" is a standard nobody in the industry can verify yet.

We’re used to wars that get turned into movies. Maybe this war will get turned into a series. So there’s a first season with 'Rising Lion,' a second season, 'Roaring Lion,' a third season, 'Screaming Lion,' and a fourth—oh, you know what, are you setting us up for a cycle every eight or nine months? No, I think this was a very, very significant round, but it isn’t measured in terms of zero or one; rather, it’s measured on a much, much more complex axis. There was a significant reduction in nuclear capabilities. There was an even more significant reduction in ballistic capabilities, and there was a fatal blow to the regime’s overall ability to survive. Because now that they have rials, they have to decide where to invest them, and the dilemma is far from simple. Even before a new ballistic missile or a brand-new navy, they have to decide whether to invest it in the population that remains there. Look, in my view, as early as the second week—when it became clear that hopes the regime would fall during the war were probably premature or exaggerated—the preferred end scenario for Israelis and Americans was this: hit them as hard as possible, wage a war of attrition, and then finish it off while the American military is still in the area. The Iranian people understand what’s happening and, uh, are ready to do this thing. I have to say one thing: we Israelis have benefited from the war regarding the Iranian issue, but we should take a good look at what’s happening in the United States. Because in my opinion, that’s the—how shall we call it—long term, and there’s a problem there. There is a problem for two reasons: first, because the United States has not achieved, at least not yet, what it wanted to achieve; and second, because as long as it does not achieve it, the finger of blame will be pointed at the State of Israel. Therefore, we should invest a great deal of effort in the United States, in shaping public opinion there, and in particular, Republican public opinion.

Khosla Ventures' Keith Rabois explains how a mere blip in the Anthropic or OpenAI IPOs would be catastrophic for the venture-funded AI ecosystem: "The most devastating thing to the frothy hype, traction, and funding of AI from VCs would be if Anthropic or OpenAI has a blip in their IPOs." "Do they have to show metrics over the next month to first few quarters that cause people to value either company less than the current belief that they will trade in the trillions? They could have a miss on revenue traction, a miss on margins, something like that." "That would be catastrophic. It would immediately reset virtually all the valuations in the AI world. And probably deprive half the companies that are raising money from access to capital." "I'm not saying that is going to happen, or is likely. And I think if they miss, it would be more on the margin side than on the revenue side." "But if they do, everybody is predicating their new investments in dollars on the idea that you can build a trillion-dollar company within the lifecycle of a venture fund. There are 2 examples, currently, and there are several companies that people believe have the potential to get there." "If that changes, and you cannot predict that more trillion-dollar companies can be created, then the valuations that people are investing at, and the dollars that are being invested, do not make that much sense."

Let me give everyone just a little common sense test. It may be that I retired from the United States Air Force, that the answer is crystal clear to me and maybe a bit more challenging for others. So the guy on the left is claiming to be the president of the United States of America. He claims his name is Joe Biden but we know Joe Biden is dead. He faced a military tribunal and was executed. So really do you really think that a president of the United States of America gets off a plane and gets into some random dudes vehicle? Only someone that doesn't know anything about the military would think such nonsense. Or are you someone that has a great deal of common Sense and critical thinking ability and can see this motorcade on the right and know that that's what a presidential motorcade looks like and that means the president is really in there. This so happened to be president Trump on his way to South Carolina rally. So is the real president on the left side or is the real president on the right side? This really should be a no-brainer but of course we know liberals absolutely beyond a shadow of a doubt or no brainers they have no brains, they have no common sense, there are cognitive dissonance is all messed up, and they have zero critical thinking capabilities. By the way even former presidents don't have motorcades that look like that for anybody thinking that the excuse for it. So-called president gets in an Uber carrying his own luggage and people can't wake the hell up.

NBC’s Tom Llamas: “I wonder, Ryan, if [King Charles III] was sending a subtle message — a maybe not-so-subtle message — to our President in he said ‘America's words carry weight and meaning and they have since the independence the actions of this great nation matter even more.’” Ryan Nobles: “I don't see how you could not interpret it as such, Tom. And I have to say, being in the room and it may not have been picked up if you are watching on television, when he said those two lines, there was a hush, almost gasp you would describe from the Democratic side of the chamber in that moment. That clearly resonated with certain members of Congress in the room. And then when he drove that point home by referencing president Lincoln and the Gettysburg Address, saying the world may little know what we say but will never forget what we do, that was as powerful a moment as anything that he gave over the course of that roughly 25-minute speech. And there were multiple opportunities for him to use his subtle nature to drive home a point. Right before that section that you had brought up, Tom, he talked all about how the United Kingdom and the United States need to reinforce their alliance and that they will ‘continue to defend our shared values with partners in Europe and the Commonwealth across the world’ and that they ‘ignore the clarion calls to become ever more inward looking,’ which, of course, has been a degree of criticism for the Trump administration at different points. The other thing I think is very interesting thing to point out, which you may not realize if you were watching at home, I had the prepared remarks in front of me, that the king did not at any point stray even a syllable away from the remarks that he had prepared to deliver hear in this chamber. A very research-much different approach from Donald Trump or any other president. Bill Clinton was known to stray from his script from time to time to drive home a point. Even when he was interrupted by applause or laughter, he would go immediately back to where he was in his prepared remarks. Just kind of an indication of the type of public speaker he is and the type of public figure he is that he had a very specific plan in mind, a very specific message that he wanted to send, and he did not deviate from that goal even little bit over the course of this speech.”

A .30-06 is round is capable of SHATTERING ELK BONE at 500 yards and is significantly stronger than human bone. Now that we can confirm there was no bulletproof vest involved, this makes the story even harder to accept. The physics just aren't adding up at all. I want to believe the report but I also wasn't born yesterday. We just want the truth. The only other reason I can say is a factor with certainty is because there is still an open investigation and this might be exactly why we aren't getting any more answers yet. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt until more information is released. Remember, think bigger and do not buy everything thrown in front of you. FBI Dir. Kash Patel did say there are things they can not and will not tell us yet. Here are the Ballistics at 500 yards: The Sufficient energy with a 180-grain bullet, a .30-06 can retain over 1,500 foot-pounds of energy at 500 yards. This is well above the recommended minimum for elk and represents a significant amount of force. The effective on bone is significant when a high-velocity bullet strikes dense bone, it transfers a large amount of energy, which can cause significant fragmentation of both the bone and the bullet. The bone itself can create secondary, damaging projectiles. Large mammals, elk have denser and thicker bones than humans to support their significantly greater body weight. This increased density and robustness means elk internal bone is generally stronger than human bone. While factors like shot placement and bullet construction are critical, the .30-06 is a proven and capable round for hunting large game like elk at that distance.
